In my opinion this is the worst managed Goodwill in Mississippi. It is dirty, the children's clothes are not organized in any way. The linens are tossed into a large bin. Elderly people can't reach into that bin to find anything. Of course as with most Goodwills the prices have reached "unreasonable"!

They are picking all the best items out and auctioning them off on their website. So greedy for a supposed Christian business. The prices are insane here ($30 for used shoes) and selection is now non existent due to their terrible management. Don't donate to this store and don't shop here. They do not give back to the community whatsoever.

I really hate that a place that’s supposed to be helping people in need has gotten so greedy with the pricing. I saw a clothes basket from the Dollar Tree that’s normally $1.25…at GW $4.99. I see WM brand clothes priced higher than brand new at WM. Old pajama pants $10. Y’all gotta refocus & do better. I’ve shopped there for a long time because I’m a single mom on a super tight budget, but now I don’t really stop by anymore. Makes me sad. Corporate greed in America always wins.

Staff for handling the drop off of donated items are NOT friendly at all. In fact, sorta rude. I have experienced this 2-3 different times. They act like they are doing you a favor by taking your donated items. Not impressed with them at all

They had a lot of good brands, but the store is unorganized and unlike other Goodwill stores that set 1 price for blouses, jeans, shorts etc ... everything you took off a rack had different prices. It wasn't cheap prices either. They had prices for jeans up to $20. That's pretty expensive for free clothes. The workers were nice, but as many as there were the store should have been more organized. You literally have to go through each piece of clothes on each rack to find anything. I was in there for 3 plus hours trying to find a bathing suit & boys swim trunks. I never found either, but still managed to spend $123! The prices are ridiculous! Several people were complaining about the prices. Also the clothes were not clean. Many had sweat stains or dirty. So they don't wash them before they put them out. I watched them take the donation's straight out of the binds and put them on the racks. That's not very sanitary with Covid and everything else you could pick up. Whoever is over this particular store needs to do an overhaul & get things organized, cleaned, and set prices for clothes at 1 rate for each type of garment. Like blouses $2.98, Jeans $5.98 ,Shorts $3.98 etc.The store was busy ,but it could be less congested if things weren't in disarray. Like I said, too many workers for things to be thrown all around on the floor and not organized on the racks. Again, Goodwill makes straight profit minus the overhead cost of workers and building cost. They get free merchandise & that's straight profit. There's no reason the items should be as expensive for clothes as you could get new at the mall. Get it together & stop being greedy!
