The staff is awesome, but one of the girls was extremely disrespectful. I come to Hot Topic once a week. I order stuff online and in-store all the time because I love it! But I was checking out with this lady and she definitely didn’t know how to do her job. Don’t know her name but said she worked just once a week when I confronted her by lying to me when applying my discounts, then in a sassy way she said “how you thought coupons could stack?” I mean THAT’S WHY I ASKED NOT ONCE BUT TWICE!!! It was her job to tell me they couldn’t when I asked her! When I paid I asked her twice if they could both be applied and she said “uh-huh”, which means that yes, right? Apparently I was interrumpting her phone-time. She looked bothered since the second I walked in to the store for no reason, I guess she just wanted to keep chillin and not take care or check out customers. Thank God her coworker that is always nice to me appeared to save the situation and give me my refund! I’m definitely not coming again Sundays, she just ruined my whole experience buying there and as I said… it’s always great because the staff is always friendly and helpful! Y’all should hire people that are WILLING to work and with problem-solving skills.
In general, I love the Northpark store, I just had a bad bad experience today and I needed to share it

Awesome selection and the staff was super friendly and helped me find the shirt I was looking for right away, and even climbed up high on a latter looking for my size :-)

This location is the absolute best I've been to! The manager, Kimmie, has the best energy and attitude! She and the other employees were clearly happy to be there and were so helpful! The store was clean, tidy, and well organized. The selection of sizes was perfect too! Absolutely go visit this Hot Topic location!
