I am extremely disappointed and furious about the experience I had at Journeys today, starting at 10 AM. I checked online and saw the shoes I wanted were listed as in stock, but only in-store. I made sure to arrive right when the store opened, only to be told the shoes were being held for an “employee” and I could not purchase them.
I called corporate, who confirmed that this was against store policy and assured me the shoes would be sold to me if I returned to the store. After taking the time to go back, I was told they had just been sold to someone else. Seriously? I made two trips for nothing.
The customer service at this store is a complete joke. And to the lady with the braids—if you are the manager, you should be fired. Your handling of this situation was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Just left this store. The staff sat around just looking at people. But I also noticed when certain people came in the dude wanna come on the floor welcome to journey's. A customer is a customer. If you don't like the public change jobs. I will not be returning

Had a great experience buying shoes here. The sales lady was so patient and very helpful. It was a busy weekend and I still felt like I was the only one in the store. Great place.

I’ve been in here literally 20 minutes. No one acknowledged me or my daughter. There were four reps there. Three out of the four was arguing about a party. By the way, the store was not busy. The rep with the pink looked me dead in my face and he kept talking. I hope upper management of the company hold training on customer service at this store.
