This place is a real joke! Zero professionalism. They don't care what the outcome of a particular nail color is. They then say we don't have what you showed in the pic. Which should have been communicated before they started. These are lazy people who just want easy money. They don't care about customer satisfaction. They smudge the nails and expect the customer to be ok with it. Very ridiculous, disgusting. Would never recommend this place unless you want to be charged double for a terrible nail job.

They seem to stay really booked here. Thankfully I had made an appointment, because I had walked in a few days before and couldn’t get them done. Instead of soaking my nails and cutting my cuticles, T (I think that’s the nickname for the older lady), just grinded them off along with the top layer of my nail. I don’t usually keep fake nails on, but I’d say I will have to for a few months until my nails grow out. You can see grind marks in my nails through the acrylic. There are also some bubbles and some inconsistencies from a rushed job. BUT, I will say it’s been exactly 2 weeks since I was in and my nails are still in tact. She seemed great just can’t keep up up the pace of the people coming in, and only one other person was on duty.

Very professional! They greet you upon entering their business. Their service is fast but great quality! My nail tech works there now so I'm fine with her being there. She's such a sweetheart. Jenny is my nail tech. Tee is one of the owners and she's lovely herself, along with her husband. Stephanie is really sweet also. She does the best pedicures.

They clearly didnt want my business. If not for the kindness and professonalism of Stephanie, I would have left. She is an excellent technician and very professional.There were two other individuals working. Yam (disinterested and on his phone) and another who was texting and facetiming home.More time was spent speaking Vietnamese and laughing than addressing paying customers.As a businessperson accustomed to good customer service, I have never been treated worse in a nail salon.Fortunately there are many others in Ridgeland! Unfortunately there are no 1/3 star ratings.

I picked this salon randomly and I’m so glad I did! Stephanie serviced me for a mani pedi and did an amazing job. I have ingrown toenails that bother me badly when cut wrong and she did exactly as I asked to prevent them from bothering me.
