Stopped by this store unexpectedly and walked in not knowing what specific kind of pant or what size I was looking for. The manager Isaac came up to me and I was in and out in 15 minutes with the perfect fit of pants and not stressed in the slightest. I don’t even really like shopping but I would more if every store experience was like that.

This Lululemon is always busy, packed with customers, and a short line at checkout. Originally, didn't get the fascination of Lululemon until my first purchase. Great quality, fit, and nice materials. It's very trendy starting as young as tweens! Dressing rooms available which move quickly. No matter how busy, Lululemon employees are available throughout the store to help. Review Date 2-24-24.

I just have to brag on the employees at this location. I just brought my 4, 2 & 8 month old into the store to grab a few things and turned around to my 2 year old tee teeing in her pants.. it was all over her and the floor and Kevin, along with the other employees working, not only cleaned it up for me while I cleaned her up, but made me feel so comforted in what could have been a very uncomfortable situation. They didn’t have to be so kind and it was really nice. Good customer service doesn’t always just mean helping with the product, thank y’all for being good people! ?

Last Sunday was my first time in a LuLu. I was gifted a gift card and was having a terrible day and decided to give myself some retail therapy. I don't know what I was expecting, but it certainly wasn't the kindness and genuine assistance I received from LaQuinta. This woman is an absolute gem. She was helpful, made me feel like I wasn't an idiot for knowing literally nothing about her store, and I walked out with some amazing items. As I was checking out I had yet ANOTHER great experience with Dra the AOM! To be perfectly honest, I planned to use this gift card and rarely shop there again. After this experience I 100% see the value of LuLu. It's a total experience and vibe (particularly when you have the right team). Thanks again guys! You got a new customer now! :)

I went here for the first time to buy a gift for my sister. Never will go back again. The minute I walked in I felt not welcome. The women in the store were watching my every move as if I was going to shop lift. I went to try on an outfit and the woman stood in front of my dressing room until I came out…I saw her feet in the front of my dressing room facing me. Once I decided what I wanted to purchase, she watched me the whole time I was checking out. The woman checking me out didn’t ask any questions like “did you find everything you were looking for?” Etc. bad customer experience and bad vibes. Do not recommend ✌?

If you’re of color don’t come here.. the employees will stand outside of your door while you’re changing to make sure you’re not stealing. And follow you around like an animal

The workers at the new location had no clue what they were doing. I had placed an order online with them and after waiting about 15 minutes she finally placed the order. I got no receipt from them claiming that I bought an outfit, when she told me it was emailed. Not only that I got charged for the outfit but it never shipped to me. I’ve tried to contact customer service and no one ever called back. I do not recommend going to the one in Ridgeland I suggest going to Highland village if you want your order.

I walked into the store this evening and noticed the associates were very much still into their conversation with each other. They didn’t even acknowledge me, but when a person of a lighter skin tone came in they all stopped talking and offered them attention. I guess I will try the other location because clearly thy don’t need my money.
