The past two times I have visited this location, the employees have been moving extra slowly with customers waiting and complaining. They do not acknowledge waiting customers, no greeting, nothing. After waiting a few minutes, I left both times without ordering.

Diamond is rude and nasty. I am not sure why her mammy named her Diamond because her attitude is equivalent to bubble gum machine jewelry. She does not know how to resolve issues that the restaurant is clearly at fault for. She would rather argue with the customer. With all of the complaints regarding lack of meat, corporate needs to step in and do something. As mad as she got at me for telling her my SpudMax was fixed incorrectly, I believe she must be stealing meat to feed her kids. Potato was as dry and meatless as her attitude.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Most behind the counter have a I don't care attitude. McAlister's its best to shut this Ridgeland location down or make drastic employee and management and changes. Its really sad and a direct reflection on McAlister's.

You wait at drive through 10 plus minutes for someone to even come to the window. Very bad attitude. I Always have broccoli soup - it was cold and broccoli not done. This location has a lot of issues.

Every time I place a "to go" window pick up order-it's always correct-it's always freshly made-and the window associate appears eager and ready to serve. :)

Veer poor customer service, you stand there for 5 to 6 minutes and no one ask to help you. Then when they finally do, the rep take care of another customer that walked up after me.The world we live in is first come first serve! They tripping. I spend money in there all the time. I will not anymore, going to the other one to spend my money.

Yesterday, I ordered a delivery order and it was wrong but the manager on the shift took my call and told me to come in when I can for a remake. I come in today at the county line store and Mrs Janee was so pleasant to deal with. This is the type of service I look for, thank you for the no hassle and this will keep me coming back!

I made an order for 16 people and needed it 1 hour later. The manager, Diamond, and her team had it ready in a timely manner, as well as, provided friendly service. In a time where people tend to treat you as if you disturbed them by coming to their business, I give a hand clap and thank you to this team.Parking: Plenty of parking near the restaurant
