Overhead Door Company came out to replace a broken door spring. 40 minutes Tech installed two springs. Handed the bill for $490. Looked up my cost of springs $120. Find another company.

Repairman came by my store to get home directions for the gasket repair. He noticed an old .22 rifle and checked it out. He then went to my house to replace the bottom door gasket. When he returned, he said that an expensive part (I don't remember which one) had quit working while he was there and he replaced it with a used part he had. He said he would swap the used part for my old gun. I knew what he was doing but could't prove it so I swapped. When I told the owner what happened, he did nothing. Customer service is non-existent as far as I'm concerned.

They do great work, but at the present time they can not find enought workers for all the jobs they have. The unemployeed are making too much money to stay at home and not work.Biden is paying the democrats to stay at home and vote democrat. ??CRAZY WORLD WE LIVE IN .

I had a great experience with this company. They were fair and didn’t try to take advantage of my ignorance. Even went a step beyond on maintenance of garage door which I greatly appreciate. They are very busy which attest to how good they are. Shelly is the best. I hope I don’t need anything else but if I do this is the place I will definitely call.

I had to replace my garage unit in 2016 and used Overhead Door of Jackson. It was same price as buying in store. But I would have to installed. I chose them to install and got warranty through them. Anyway called today and spoke with Shelley(hope is spelling correctly) and she gave me very critical information and answered all of the questions I had to save money and time. Unfortunately, they were backed up for a couple of months and I couldn't wait. Thanks Shelley for everything!!!

I was interested in installing a garage door. A lady came out to take measurements and said they would give me a call back with options and quotes. Never heard back from them. Tried to call them myself 3 times to follow up. Each time the phone operator said she would pass the message and they would get back to me. Still have not heard anything. It has been a month now.

We called this company to come out and see what we needed. Our logic board apparently went out. They charged like $80.00 for service call, said they would order. Two months later no word. Had to go with Lowe’s. Is this a scam they are running? Come out, charge and never do return. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. DO. OT USE THESE PEOPLE!
