Came in recently and had a great experience. My daughter tried on jeans, found, and bought a pair right away. Came in the next day to get a pair for myself and was told "on Sundays the dressing rooms are closed". This is not only a poor policy but also the furthest thing from customer-centric I've heard of post-COVID. I asked if we could make a quick exception because I really wanted the jeans. I asked if they minded calling someone for clarification. On the other line, I heard someone say that the employee would face disciplinary action if the dressing rooms were opened. Mind you, they were open less than 24 hours ago. 4 employees were sitting at the register with clothes that had been knocked on the ground and not picked up. It wasn't too busy to try on clothes. As a retailer, please don't ask why business is bad. It's not that we didn't try.

Clothes range from cool to "meh" and the employees there tend to be helpful and friendly. When I'm at the mall it's not really a place I want to go to.
