Update to post from 3 weeks ago- the company that makes the pullover I bought replaced the item- and Red Square did ship out to me the new one. however, the store still says it was not defective and a problem with the cleaners I used to clean the shirt. I have never shopped at a store that does not make returns- only store credit.

For a place that sells $300 jeans should consider working on their value-adding activity. There were 4 girls working/chatting when I walked in. I was the only customer in the store as a browsed, not one of them asked if I needed anything or could be helped in any way.

The shop owners are so hospitable and very accommodating. The shop itself brings you back to your childhood. I love this place and will definitely go back to it again.

Purchased a $78 shirt for my fiancé. I gave him the gift, it did not fit right, I went back the next day with tags still attached, to be told the store does not do refunds. I really do not appreciate the owner failing to put up any sort of a sign regarding a no refund policy. Employees did not tell me of this either. It feels wrong, and sneaky, I will not be returning to this store and I’ve notified my friends of this poor customer service. Currently trying to sell this shirt online and taking a loss. Sharing my experience on Facebook as well. I’ve worked in customer service for 12+ years and this is not customer service. The public deserves to know that when they spend a lot of money on decent clothes they cannot get their money back should they want to if tags are attached. This should not be hidden.

Excellent customer service! While they have all always been freindly and helpful, Jill specifically is great with helping you find the right fit and putting it all together. Highly recommend for high qaulity clothes with equal customer service.

This is a good place for clothing at it's finest. The owner Jill is always nice when I come in and is always so helpful. I also want to say it is great for clothing experience. They always have a great inventory. This is the place to go for a good shopping experience!

Thanks, I understand the policy. However, when I came to the store today to get the store credit the same sales associate that assisted me in making the purchase also help me with the store credit. While the sales associate and I were having a pleasant conversation, we were interrupted by a sales associate with very long hair to discuss the conversation that I had with her over the phone. I thought, that when I returned to the store that everything would be okay, but the sales associate with the very long hair started to bring up the conversation that she and I had over the phone asking the sales associate that was assisting me with the store credit and me about what she had told me about the policy. There were several customers in the store at the time, which made my visit very uncomfortable. The sales associate should have never confronted me about a conversation that we had over the phone around other customers (I felt bullied by the long-haired sales associate). I was humiliated, and I never plan to shop there again other than to help my husband shop for his shoes with the store credit. The lady that assisted me on both occasions was very nice. She even continued to invite me back to the store to shop. The other sales associate was combative and eventually walked away after creating a very uncomfortable situation, which should have been a very simple transaction.

I wish I had gotten the name of wonderful associate working today. I have NEVER been to a clothing store with a more helpful person. I truly felt like I was shopping with a friend who was helping me pick out the best clothes for me. Found 5-6 outfits perfect for the occasion I was shopping for and had fun the whole time. Made my Mother’s Day even more perfect (and my husbands too since he didn’t have to do much �)
