Went to the ATM and as I was putting in my paycheck the machine decided to crash, reboot and then eat my check. Now I have overdraft fees and I get to wait 10 days for my check. Stellar performance guys….

This branch is a joke, very bad customer service. Branch manager does respond when he says he will, numerous attempts to resolve an issue went unadressed. I will be closng my account with this bank and continously give bad reviews of this bank especially the branch on Hwy 51 in Ridgeland, Ms.

If I could give a zero on this branch I would. Poor guy behind the teller stand is working the lobby all by himself while there are two people (I'm assuming are managers) sitting on the other side watching this poor guy take a beating. While I was standing in line, I could hear from the drive thru window a customer yelling at the poor girl working on the drive thru that it is far too busy for her to be back there by herself. These two "managers" did absolutely nothing!!!!! It appeared as if they were just waiting on these poor two to crash and burn between the lobby and the drive thru! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT IN THIS BRANCH, and it makes me want to take my business elsewhere because if they can't even help their employee's not burn then how in the world are they going to be able to help me with my needs?!?!?! THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS BRANCH!!!

I already can’t stand regions as a whole. I went by this location on my 45 minute lunch break to do a wire transfer and the manager said “we can’t do it because we are short staffed, you have to go to another location” I’m sorry. What?Needless to say I’m closing my accounts with them. This was my final straw.

This branch manager tells you how to do your business at this location and does not allow you the option to choose. I was told by him I must come to him to make a deposit and can NOT go to the teller for my transaction even if that's my preference!
