First they misplaced my package. Then they finally found and ship it. Once it got here. They "attempted to deliver it" whatever that means. And took it back to the post office at the customer's request. Spoiler alert ⚠️ I didn't request to have it sent back.

Just had the mail lady drive right past our business office and left a note in our mailbox that she didn't deliver a package AGAIN because we were unavailable.... we were literally standing right out front talking and waved to her as she drove by us and never even ATTEMPTED to stop and deliver the package. This package has work tools in it that we need. If you aren't going to do your job GO HOME.

the older man behind the counter was scrolling on his phone and i had to ask him several times to help me. i explained my issue to him several times, but it was obvious that he couldn’t care to listen and was absolutely no help. also extremely rude.

How do these people keep there jobs.ive never gotten one package i ordered online that came thru this post office on time.they always send it to another city after they receive it and cause my package to be two days late.irresponsible

I just had the best post office experience of my life here. Sharon helped me fill out my application for renewing my expired passport. She worked with me through the whole process, made sure I got everything right, AND continued serving the whole line of customers behind me while I stood to the side. Sharon cared so much and took such good care of me, this 5 star review is for her.

I’ve lived in Ridgeland/Madison for 8 years and have never had an issue with USPS for mail or packages. Thanks for delivering rain or shine. They’ll even sometimes deliver packages on Sundays.

I had a prepaid package to ship on Saturday and this branch was open until 12:30pm. I arrived close to closing time and was able to get in. My wait time was 8-10 minutes, only because 4 of the 7 people in line didn’t have their packages ready to go. When it was my turn at the window, the postal clerk was fast and accurate. They greeted me, scanned my package in, gave me the receipt and wished me a good rest of my day. I’m extremely pleased with this interaction.

I called them for 10 minutes straight, on 3 different days, and no-one picked up. Terrible customer service. You would think they would want to pick up given all the competition out there (e.g., UPS, FedEX)

This has to be the worst post office since mail carriers traveled via horseback. I probably could've gotten my packages faster if they came by stagecoach or regular old horse and buggy......

Trash. I stay in an apartment. I clearly state my apartment building but they never deliver it to MY apartment. They just drop it off at the office. I have clear instructions on where I want my package delivered!
