Took my film camera to be developed here. After waiting 2 & 1/2 weeks (I called a few times in between dropping it off to check on the status -note: they kept telling me to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get the photos back) I go inside just to find out they never even sent my film off to be developed... they just wasted my time. Don't recommend bringing any type of film to this place at all... don't waste your time like I did :(

I was needing pain medicine after oral surgery, and the pharmacist refused to fill it because it was 1:23…right before their 1:30 lunch break…10 pills and they told my husband they wouldn’t do it. Pitiful!

Put in a renewal request on 12/17/21 and was told it would be ready 12/20/21. Went in on 12/22/21 and was told they didn't have it, but would have it on 12/23/21. They didn't have one and gave me half of my insulin, but charged me the whole price. I wasn't aware until I got home because they conveniently staple it into a bag. When I called, I was informed they would have the rest on 12/24/21. I was traveling and asked to have it sent to where I was going but was told I couldn't because I had paid for half but they would give it to me on 1/4/22 when I got home. I went in on 1/4/22, only to be told that they couldn't hold it that long and returned it. I asked for the medication that they didn't have before and they said they didn't have it and told me, "you aren't my only customer." They are right, but now I'm not going to be a customer at all.

(Relating mostly to the pharmacy; I don't often go in for other things.) I've been using this location on and off for almost three years now and I've never had any major issues. They're generally very friendly and nice; they take the time to ask me how I am and remember me, which is a really good feeling. I trust their opinions and they've worked with me in the past when I needed a partial fill or had a pressing issue where I needed the medication right away. I'm very grateful to have such kind people helping me manage my health.

Unbelievable -- Not only does the pharmacy staff lack knowledge and professionalism, but they have no desire whatsoever to help you. And in violation of federal law, the pharmacist (nor anyone else) does not ask if you have any questions. Go across the street to the Kroger pharmacy. Such a difference!

Showed up at 10:50pm on 5/11/19 and this pharmacy closes at 11pm. Was coming straight from the emergency room. Dead in the middle of kidney stone pain. Couldn't get anything at the hospital for the pain because I had no one to drive me so they directed me to this Walgreens to get a pain medication filled. When I got there I was told by the time they fill it it'd be past 11 so they wouldn't fill. Asked the lady I was speaking to tell the pharmacist my situation and if they'd help me. I'm literally bent over the counter in the most agonizing pain I've ever been in. She proceeds to ask the pharmacist and I can't hear what is said, but the pharmacist seemed to feel very inconvenienced by this request and was very adamant that they would not be staying open a little later to help me out. So I left and had to experience this pain through the night until I could get a prescription filled the next morning elsewhere. Human decency is non existent anymore

Worst pharmacy ever with the rudest staff. They tried to say my medication was non-existent and gave every excuse in the book when I spoke to my doc personally to have med called in. Basically no one wants to do their job here. Management take note.
