The service at this location is average/decent. The food is always good here from my experience. I especially love their baked potatoes and strawberry lemonade.

I'm just going to stop coming to this wendys all together. The staff her are lazy and trying to cut corners because they wanna close DIRECTLY AT ONE AM SO THEY WON'T HAVE TO COUNT CASH, which I'm sure that's why the telling people at 1130 at night that they are only taking card payments so they can count all the money and not have to do that at closing TIME. Then they wanna make up a lie, saying they dont have any change, please! Its 1130 at night and im sure youll have change from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's a real inconvenience when most of the time I carry cash. Had to limit my purchase tonight because I can't EVER spend Cash at this location after 1130 Pm. I live less than a mile from this store but it seems that I'll have to travel out my way to countyline rd just to order the food that I want if I'm paying with cash. This is a reoccurring thing at this store, it's sad that I can't eat at the Wendy's that is walking distance from my house because the staff want to walk out the store right at closing time. In my opinion they are costing the store money, because everyone might not be using a card for payment, so just imagine how many people have to drive off because of staff making up there own rules! THIS IS BAD FOR BUSINESS FOR SURE!

Look, it's Wendy's, not a Michelin Star joint. But for what it is, this Wendy's is a great one. Good order accuracy and friendly employees.

Ordered the son of a baconator and it was horrible. It didn't have half the bacon on it as the menu on the picture and the meat was dry and unseasoned. Also there was no mayo nor sauce on the burger. Don't ever plan on going back here.

I just got off work and this location is literally down the street so i wanted to grab something to eat before i went home. I get my food and the fries was old and i asked for fresh ones, and everyone up there was just looking lost and i had to ask three times can i have some fresh fries. So then the girl asked me to pull down and i said ok. While i was waiting i said let me check my sandwich and the patties was cold and old, so i went back to the window and told them and everyone was just looking around like i did something wrong. So they ask me to pull down again and i said ok, and 2 girls brought me out fresh food and i was like cool, but when i checked the bag, they gave me a small instead of a large fries, then i had to go back and ask for the correct ones. So when they finally gave me the correct size , I drove off and said thank you. As I was heading home i tasted the fries and they purposely poured a bunch of salt on them. When I got home my wife even said it was a bunch of salt on them. Now I normally don't complain but I'm fed up with this location. For some reason when you go here at night the customer service is extremely horrible. I've been to this location during the day and it is way different then when I been at night. But I will be calling Corporate first thing in the morning, cause you don't treat people like that all cause you was asked to make fresh food.
