The worse store and customer service ever. Bought a case for my SAMSUNG FOLD 5. WITHIN 2 DAYS it split and they say that im stuck with it. I. Gonna share this review everywhere. Yall go buy better quality stuff elsewhere they suck.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today. I have been a customer of Wireless Wizard in Ridgeland, MS, for 20 + years but will not return after today's encounter. On October 21, Wireless Wizard replaced a battery in my iphone. On Christmas Eve, my phone battery would no longer hold charge. I was out of town for the holidays and took my phone to another store on December 26, hoping they could fix my phone before I got on the interstate headed back to Jackson. The store tried to patch the phone to help me get back to Jackson but told me the phone had been incorrectly repaired with the battery replacement. The store recommended I take the phone back to Wireless Wizard since they had done the initial repair. This other business did not feel it was right to charge me to fix the phone; they felt the repairs should be covered by Wireless Wizard.Wireless Wizard initially tried to charge me $80 to fix the phone. They finally agreed to either charge me $40 for the repair or offered to put the non-functioning battery back in my phone and me take my phone elsewhere for repairs. The store insisted that I had damaged the phone by dropping it and refused to take ownership for their mistake. I even called the repairman I had seen out of town to ensure I did not misunderstand the issue with my phone.The fact that a business would let a long-term customer relationship end on such poor terms, implying the customer was lying and it was the customer's fault after loyal business for decades is astonishing. I felt very much taken advantage of and hope to warn other customers to seek other stores for their phone repairs. If I had had the time today, I would have had Wireless Wizard put the old battery back in my phone and I would have taken it elsewhere for repair.

The techs are very professional and stand behind their work. However, there is a serious need to have a better inventory of accessories that will accommodate older devices e.g. protection covers, etc.

Called for assistance, was told to come by get phone fixed, then of course they didn't have the part. I was on a road trip so couldn't wait for them to get part. Next time know to confirm part in stock before.

I left my phone on top of my car. The screen cracked. Wireless Wizard fixed the screen for a better price than the other stores. I was in and out. Highly recommend them for repairs and cases.

Don't bother. If you have a cracked screen they're just gonna replace it with the cheapest possible option and charge you over $100 just so it can be cracked again from just sitting in your pocket. Absolutely not worth the money.

I had wonderful customer service while at the store. However, I brought in my iPhone SE to have the charging port fixed. When I got it back the port worked fine but then my phone started restarting on its own. I brought it back and then waited another 45 minutes. I was told that they fixed and when I got it back it kept doing the same thing.

At this point, I really don’t care!! Went in today to do an exchange on an item I purchased last week and two young women who were working was not friendly at all!! The young lady with the dreads not only had a very nasty attitude today, but she also was very nasty when I went in last week as well! And as far as the other lady she wasn’t too friendly herself! Normally I would have something nice to say, but after today I will no longer be giving this location my business! They were beyond rude and very unhelpful. Like I always say “If you don’t want to work then stay at home and let someone else have your job!! It pays nothing to be nice!

I was in town on business and my charging port stopped working. After calling several of the shops in the area Wireless Wizard in Ridgeland was the only one I found with the part on hand. I went in and the young lady behind the counter took my phone and information. Then she worked to clean out the port and ended up fixing the problem without needing to replace the part - and she didn't charge me for it! I went in expecting a significant bill to get my lifeline fixed and she was able to do it in a few minutes without charge. The rest of the staff was there and very friendly - they obviously know their stuff and are interested in finding the best solution for you. I highly recommend!
