The experience here at Ripley, Mississippi at AT&T was a very kind and pleasant experience. The agent, Miss Tina turns out to be the manager of the store, and she is excellent at what she does.

Tina Keys at the Ripley store in Ripley MS was AMAZING I had never experienced customer service the way I did. She truly made my purchase a very easy flow and was down to earth. We all need people like her!

The process of upgrading my phone went very smoothly!!! Representative Tina was very nice & she helped me get the phone of my dreams!!! Representatives Blake, Debra & Jesse were extremely helpful as well!!!I highly recommend they all receive a raise!!!

Landon of the Ripley AT&T is such an asset!! I’ve driven all over for help with my phone to no avail. It’s such a relief that Landon knew immediately what the issue was & fixed it. Thank you so much. He’s smart, polite & such an overall Great Guy!! I know where to go for phone issues. He’s the Best!!

They lack in customer service, lots of things not in stock, can't ever get them on the phone when you call, you always get their voicemail.

Very rude. Website says it closes at 7. Got here at 6:15 and she told me they were already closed. Not very good customer service
