Definitely wasn’t an easy ordeal as I quickly saw as these two young ladies keep encountering hurdles transferring moms account from ATT. Needless to say these two worked diligently and overcame those hurdles and I walked out with a new phone and service.These ladies quickly turned a bad situation into a pleasant experience.Mom is happy.
