“I came to the Cricket Ripley, Ms location from out of town to get my mom who’s currently immobile in a nursing home in Ripley , a phone and new service.The two lady employees working this day absolutely jumped through hoops to assist me in this. Definitely wasn’t an easy ordeal as I quickly saw as these two young ladies keep encountering hurdles transferring moms account from ATT. Needless to say these two worked diligently and overcame those hurdles and I walked out with a new phone and service.These ladies quickly turned a bad situation into a pleasant experience.Mom is happy. I’m happy.Cricket is very fortunate to have such customer service oriented employees.”
