This was my first time visiting Sam's Town Tunica and I had the best gaming experience from the Security's throughout my gaming. I was greeted by Security at the entrance with smiles I could see in their eyes beneath the mask. I felt welcomed and safe. Once on the gaming floor I was greeted continuously as I played Slots. The team members were professional, friendly, and regularly checked on players to see if they needed anything, I appreciated the cleanliness that the team members done after a player left the slot machines. You could tell with the smiles in their eyes because of the mask, all the team members were appreciative that we chose Sam's Town Tunica to play. They shined 10?. It will take a lot to beat Sam's Town Tunica, and I won good ?. I ate at the snack bar in the atrium and the team members were friendly, professional and patient as customers viewed the menu. Once customers were ready to order again the smiling eyes were there ?. The food was ? and good, great portions, and reasonably priced. As I received my orders, team member asked was everything fine with a smile. Another team member was quick to clear, clean and sanitize the tables and chairs even the floor after a customer left. I appreciated everyone and my gaming experience. I cannot wait to return and I plan on going regularly even though it's a 5 hour drive. I highly recommend Sam's Town Tunica.

Who thought it was a good idea to feed people unlimited alcohol and NOT have ANY dining options available on weekdays. (I couldn't even purchase a bag of chips after 9pm on Sun. Jan.18.) The gate being closed in the back of the casino is ridiculous. Covid or not, one should expect to get to their room without walking a gauntlet not to mention the elderly were having a difficult time. There are only 2 standard video poker machines at the bar which everyone tried to play on. I've been coming here for years and unfortunately, this was the last time. Too many problems and inconveniences. Whomever is making the decisions for Sams Town Tunica is sorely out of touch with the average gambler's expectations.

This is the 2nd trip to Sam's Town only to check in and find out there's no WiFi! One thing is for sure, I will NOT return to Sam's Town unless they start providing their guests with proper WiFi. This is a deal breaker for me.

Room was nice, fast check-in got the type of room we had reservations for. Didn’t play table games, minimum bet still too high. Slots were tight didn’t see anybody hitting anything. Went up to sports bar area to watch game, couldn’t enjoy because of people screaming the “F” word continuously.

With the covid there were no bands and it closed at 10pm while I was there. The bartender was top-notch and attentive. I felt bad for him because the place was so dead and you knew he wasn't making anything on tips with the lack of customers. The real horror of this place was that they served Pepsi products. Now how are you supposed to have a good beam and coke, when its being made with Pepsi. Makes you wonder if the choice of Pepsi products isn't one of the reasons why this place has fewer customers than the other Casinos in the area.

We had a wonderful time at Sam's Town during this unprecedented time. We stayed in a mini-suite and the service was wonderful from check-in to check-out. Had dinner at the Angry Butcher one night (So good!!!) and we also ate at the Food Court. Breakfast was usually at TGIFriday's. Service for drinks on the floor while playing slots was great, too. Sam's has a lot of new slots since the last time we were there (2018). The water feature in the atrium is on but they're not having the light shows due to trying to avoid the gathering of crowds close together. We also felt very safe during our stay. There was a security guard at the elevator behind the lobby desk and another on the 2nd floor. You were required to show your card in order to enter and they limited 4 people to an elevator car at one time (social distancing). Masks are required at all times but they were very nice about it if you forgot. In my opinion from what I observed, Sam's Town is adhering to Covid guidelines and they are very conscientious about making sure their guests are comfortable and treated well. We can't wait to return next year.
