It's not bad for the price $45, including taxes, not too busy. There is plenty of room to maneuver a 40-foot trailer

Room was clean but needed some updating but you get what you pay for. Price was very reasonable. I stayed for one night. Location was close enough to Cleveland Delta State college where I was attending a swim meet.
