4 trips to AT&T store in Saltillo MS which is 15 miles one way from our house and our phones and phone bill are not fixed. We are being charged 234 INSTEAD 0f 102 dollars this month. We still do not know if we are receiving senior discount as promised. Totally unhappy with service we received. 9OjgmkJ07xg look

I have been struggling with my phone services for over two weeks, and no one could help me from other stores, even customer support could not help me. So I decided to go to the Saltillo AT&T. The employee Matthew helped me with my issues within five minutes of being there, not only was he helping me, he was on the phone, helping another customer as well. Matthew is amazing at his job, He was so nice and professional! If I could have given him a tip i seriously would have, att better know what amazing employee they have there!

This is the worst AT&T store that I have ever visited. My wife and I came in yesterday looking to get new devices for our daughters when a huge argument broke out. Working in management myself, I was shocked as to how the manager conducted herself calling the police on staff that asked to speak with a supervisor. I’m sure some type of protocol should be followed before things get out of hand the way things happened yesterday at this location. My wife and I decided that this is not a safe location for us to visit even though it’s very close to our home. This was the most disappointing and unprofessional experience by far
