I have been struggling with my phone services for over two weeks, and no one could help me from other stores, even customer support could not help me. So I decided to go to the Saltillo AT&T. The employee Matthew helped me with my issues within five minutes of being there, not only was he helping me, he was on the phone, helping another customer as well. Matthew is amazing at his job, He was so nice and professional! If I could have given him a tip i seriously would have, att better know what amazing employee they have there!

This is the worst AT&T store that I have ever visited. My wife and I came in yesterday looking to get new devices for our daughters when a huge argument broke out. Working in management myself, I was shocked as to how the manager conducted herself calling the police on staff that asked to speak with a supervisor. I’m sure some type of protocol should be followed before things get out of hand the way things happened yesterday at this location. My wife and I decided that this is not a safe location for us to visit even though it’s very close to our home. This was the most disappointing and unprofessional experience by far

I went to the Saltillo AT&T store on 5th today and even though I’ve been there a handful of times, this was by far the BEST experience I’ve had at this location. Nya is AMAZING! Super professional and her customer service is unmatched. I went in to inquire about a high bill I had and she was not only able to fully explain why this was being billed to me, after finding out the issues I was having getting the internet up and running in my new apartment, she waived my installation fee and also credited my account for the days I was unable to use my internet. If you’re moving to the downtown area and want fast internet and great customer service, please go visit Nya on East 5th st. She’s absolutely wonderful!

Cedric took the time to help us upgrade with 2 new phones today! He was very friendly, patient, and thorough! We appreciated all the time he spent explaining new features and preparing our new phones! The store was very clean and all associates interacted with each guest in a friendly way!
