“Anything for pets! I love working here! You learn so much and get to meet all kinds of pets and people. Amazing customers, and you can learn a thing or two from them. I started here thinking I wouldn't fit in, but boy was I wrong. Im appreciated everywhere, expecially by the pets. Being on the floor and salon is ruff, demand is high and we can be short staffed due to life circumstances or illness. But, even the customers help out and understand. It is a great environment for everyone. I was reading and I totally get the reviews. Time management and staffing can be frustrating sometimes but we try our best. As far as the fish goes.. working the fish wall sometimes I can tell you... we do our best with what we get given. We take care and even doctor fish that come in. Some batches are good, some need attention. We have a mini fish room for sick ones but, like I said.. cant help what gets sent on the truck to us or condition they are in. We try our best.The Salon is almost always booked. So time management is harder when staff is short, or breaks have to be given. We do the best we can, trying to be safe and stress free. Things are changing and for the better! I rated this 5 star bc we try to the best of our abilities to do whatever best for you, your pet and your pockets. We DO not know everything about all animals but we TRY our best with information attained and other resources we have. (Even customers chime in and we put heads together to make sure your took care of!) Engaging with people and pets to make a diffrence..one paw print at a time. 5 star from me. As a pet parent, as a groomer, as a coworker, as a mom on a budget.. and as an honest civilian.. Anything for pets.”

“While searching for a zero turn lawn mower, I was told they had one in stock that I was looking for. After driving an hour and a half they did in fact have the one I was looking for however after paying for it, getting the one year service plan, Jonathan headed out to get it unlocked and loaded on my trailer only to find out that the battery was dead and after several attempts to jump it off he put in a new battery. Using starter fluid the mower would crank and go back dead. After all this I requested a refund and told Jonathan after they got it back from the warranty shop to give me a call. I got a call from Jonathan on Tuesday to let me know that he had a new mower in that was still in the crate. I drove back up on Wednesday picked up the new mower and was credited for my fuel for my wasted trip on Sunday!!!! I would like to say thank you to Jonathan for going above and beyond to see that I was taken care of!!!!!!!!”

“Destiny groomed our 5 month old toy poodle today. It was our little girl’s first time. Destiny with her magic touch made it a great experience for our baby. I stayed there and watched as she worked and our girl was calm and happy in her first grooming. Destiny loved on her, talked to her and one would say they knew each other forever. In the past Destiny took care of our elderly dog too and he always went to her arms calm and content even when he couldn’t see or hear anymore. We were thrilled when we found her at Petco. She is an amazing, loving, caring groomer. Took care of our other baby until his last grooming and is starting with our new baby and she will remain in her care.
Our Sophie is more than a pet, she is part of the family and we want the best in everything for her. Destiny is definitely the best for her grooming needs.
