This is the first time I have ever taken my two to Petsmart for grooming. I came back to check on them and they had only been bathed, so I left again. Got the text later to come back. One of my dogs is horrible about getting her nails done. They said she was not having it and they had to leave them. I was in a hurry and left. Got home and noticed my boy dogs were not done either. He lets groomers do whatever to him. So if their excuse was he was difficult, that's BS. Then I realized they were supposed to give me coupons and I never got those either. This appointment was late in the day. I think they were too busy at closing and didn't do what they were supposed to do for my dogs. This ended up being a very expensive bath. Won't be back.

Anything for pets! I love working here! You learn so much and get to meet all kinds of pets and people. Amazing customers, and you can learn a thing or two from them. I started here thinking I wouldn't fit in, but boy was I wrong. Im appreciated everywhere, expecially by the pets. Being on the floor and salon is ruff, demand is high and we can be short staffed due to life circumstances or illness. But, even the customers help out and understand. It is a great environment for everyone. I was reading and I totally get the reviews. Time management and staffing can be frustrating sometimes but we try our best. As far as the fish goes.. working the fish wall sometimes I can tell you... we do our best with what we get given. We take care and even doctor fish that come in. Some batches are good, some need attention. We have a mini fish room for sick ones but, like I said.. cant help what gets sent on the truck to us or condition they are in. We try our best.The Salon is almost always booked. So time management is harder when staff is short, or breaks have to be given. We do the best we can, trying to be safe and stress free. Things are changing and for the better! I rated this 5 star bc we try to the best of our abilities to do whatever best for you, your pet and your pockets. We DO not know everything about all animals but we TRY our best with information attained and other resources we have. (Even customers chime in and we put heads together to make sure your took care of!) Engaging with people and pets to make a diffrence..one paw print at a time. 5 star from me. As a pet parent, as a groomer, as a coworker, as a mom on a budget.. and as an honest civilian.. Anything for pets.

The Saltillo/Tupelo Petsmart location is the standard size Petsmart with supplies for all types of pets. Pets are welcome inside and visits to the store with our dogs is always a treat for them.
Sometimes we use our Chase Sapphire monthly Doordash credit and have our order delivered thru Doordash.
When shopping in person the store is easy to find in the shopping center with Home Depot and Cracker Barell.
The store staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I signed up for puppy class & when I got there; the trainer George had moved to next Saturday without notifying me. He was “I could care less” I inconvenienced you.
Prices are too high there anyway. I will never step foot in that store again.

I recently visited for grooming services. The appointment was at 2pm and lasted until after 730 pm. At the time, I didn’t really inspect my pets grooming before I left the store due to it had already taken over 4 hrs for the bath and haircut for a small breed. I will add it’s not his first bath or cut. However, this cut was not what I ask for nor could have been remotely close to whatever they had on file. This cut is a nightmare to look at. It’s that horrible! I’m so disappointed and mad.
