Place is a joke to its employees. They haven't tried to get work for my girlfriend after she was hired, and given the run around. If you are needing work and money, I wouldn't suggest going here, or they will have you sitting at hime saying they are doing everything they can. Been around 4 weeks now and they still can't even give her 1 hr a week.Place is worthless

caregivers are so compassionate. They have treated me with wonderful care. I broke my ankle and have not been able to put my weight on it in almost 6 weeks. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help.

I would like to say I love this company. There the nicest people I have dealt with. My CNA is the best. Her name is Lavender. Having a severely handicapped child is a lot of work. Lavender isn’t scared to help me with him. She takes good care of him. He can’t talk . But he lights up when he sees her. I’m so thankful to have her in my home. Thank you Right at Home for sending her to us. Sincerely . Donna Clingan.

The ladies that come regularly and care of our Dad are truly blessings. Right at Home takes care that we have the same people regularly and keep us informed if anything changes. Consistency is a big deal and is much appreciated. We are very thankful for Right at Home.

I called there company to set up an appointment for a meet an greet for my Mom and myself. As you know they ask general questions, of which I answered, an appointment date and time was set. 20 minutes before expected arrival I get a phone stating that there was a family emergency and when would the next available day be; once again appointment is scheduled. Well after no one showed up I began to get worried especially since they had a family emergency the day before, so I call I'm then told they tried to find my home and after they were unsuccessful they returned to the office but not to worry because Monday they were having a meeting with the staff and everything would be taken care of from there. Monday morning I get a phone call telling me that it was discussed at the office meeting and she was afraid at this time they're just not going to be able to accommodate My Mom and I and she had already contacted the case manager!!! Really, seriously??? All this because I told her upfront that my Mom is a plus sized woman but had she actually taken the time to visit she would have seen that Mama has a bariatric lift, so there isn't any lifting that her aides have to do. If you're looking for a company and you're overweight, obese, plussize or whatever tag they choose to give us, don't waste your time with this one!!!
