“Was in town visiting family, the hotel was very clean and bright. My room was clean and stocked well. I do want to commend the staff here on their wonderful hospitality and customer service. Redah was very helpful with ensuring I had everything I need in my room. Abbey was an outstanding bar tender who made all my drink purchases an excellent experience. And Beth who checked me out had the most beautiful smile, so friendly! I will be back most definitely when I visit tupelo again!”
“Great place to see a movie and do it without any issues. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because 3 times out of the several times I been, and been to the bathroom, it was a bit of a mess and the floor in the theater some times has popcorn left all over from the last showing. But all in all everything else was good”

“Room was great, comfy bed, great shower, very clean. Didn't like being charged $25 twice then being told it could take 2 weeks to get it back. Fix your computer system or don't charge people the refundable amount. Don't think I'd recommend or be back because of this.”
