“My family and I were on our way to Mississippi to visit family when the battery light came on while on the interstate. Roughly 20 minutes later our Odyssey started throwing all kinds of warning messages up, all electronics shut off, and the car would not accelerate even though the engine was running. So we were stuck on the side of the road, but thankfully we were only about 7 miles from our destination and family that could come help. We called the nearest AutoZone (in Sardis) and they said they had one alternator in stock that fits our van. We got the van to our destination, removed the battery in the van, picked up the new alternator and left the battery with them to charge it and check it, replaced the alternator back at the in-laws house, and finally brought the old alternator back to AutoZone where I picked up my battery. All within a couple of hours and everything was done right before they closed at 8pm. The AutoZone staff (specifically Shaq Bean) were very helpful and knowledgeable. We just arrived safely back home in Arkansas. So grateful y'all were open until 8pm and for Shaqs help.”
