Always had a great experience up until today 12/3/2019 at 4:00 PM. I went in and "Tina and Connie" (I have never seen them there until today) were there. "Connie" was on the register and rung up what I was buying. I proceeded to give her cash that I was putting towards and said to put the rest on my card. She didnt know how to work the register to make that happen and asked Regina to assist her. They took my cash and swiped my card and I had no idea until I looked at my receipt. They charged my card for the full amount. I then asked for my cash back and showed them that they had charged the card the full amount. They then could not remember how much cash I gave them. They never said sorry or seemed remotely apologetic. They finally gave me my cash back. They were very rude and I am very disappointed to see people with such little respect. I will not buy anything from there if they are working!
