Went to coupon, some the coupons didn’t come off when I typed my phone number in, shown the employee she was like idk what to tell you. When I’ve had other DG stores see them on my app then manage to fix it in the register. She got the manager to come over, who was just as incompetent as she was, he even raised his voice at me slightly. When I mentioned calling corporate since they weren’t willing to fix the issue, when I know they could. Do better man. Learn to do your job properly if you’re going to take a management.

I went in today to buy diapers for my one year old daughter, I ride a motorcycle so I have a backpack to carry my groceries. I can’t leave my bag on the bike. When I walked in I grabbed my diapers and went to the register to pay, and the the cashier, Pierre, grabs the diapers and ask my ‘ why are you ignorant? You didn’t hear me calling you?" I said excuse me he proceeded to ask me "does the wind have you hard of hearing?" I paid for my diapers and left. I shop at this dollar store every day and I’ve never had some call me names and he’s lucky I needed these diapers or he would have a bigger problem. I’ve called corporate and reported him for his callus, and rude behave. I will continue to call them and leaving bad reviews until something is done about Pierre.

A little understaffed &; usually under stocked but we were lucky & caught them on a good day with lots of stock on shelves. The customer service was awesome? Great folks working there

One of the more decent Dollar Generals in the area I go to this one instead of the one in McHenry that's 5 to 10 minutes north because the one in McHenry never has what I need and they're all raised short-staffed it's not the employee's fault it's just so hard to keep up for one person

Some employes husband was staring at me when I walked in and wouldnt stop. I walked out to see what my friend was doing and when we walked in he said something but i went on. I asked him why he was staring at me when i went to go checkout and he started to get agressive and shout. The manager came out telling me to stop and said i was the one starting it. She said she would kick me out if i didnt stop. I said go ahead this trashy dollar general slow anyways. I dont like random people staring at me while im shopping and this a horrible way to treat a daily customer.
