Great place for a workout. Good free weights and plenty of cardio. I do wish they had more squat racks.

Clean gym. We have really enjoyed the Hydrobeds. Rowing machines and free weights. Bicycles as well as step machines. Very convenient location south of Hernando,Ms. Easy access off 55 south.

Lots of selections on machines, tanning beds are strong and clean, they even have the hydro massage chairs. Staff is knowledgeable.
ATC Fitness is the only full-service 24/7 gym in Senatobia with a full variety of equipment to meet everyone's needs. We are also the only business to offer tanning in Senatobia. Our gym is very organized and uniformed, and we offer the same equipment as the large Memphis locations.
We have 6 different kinds of cardio equipment, machine weights, free weights, level 4 tanning beds, and HydroMassage chairs. One can benefit from using the HydroMassage chairs post-workout or even just after a long day’s work.
We have enough cardio equipment and multiple machine weights that target the same muscle groups to avoid a wait time. We also have free weights with dumbbells that go up to 100 pounds.
