Manager penny is very rude and lazy. Every time i go in and see her she looks at me with anger and disgust And when i try to ask her something she is always rude and snappy. I feel unwelcome in this store and never get the help i need because of this manager. She stays playing on her phone and makes the other person do all the work causing the store to be super slow and make people leave. If this is how autozone lets there managers act i will just go to O’Reillys

Worst customer service ever , they care about phones more than the walk-in customers , i walk there asking about part the maneger him self answer 3 calls while I'm in-front of him without even said any word to me , then he went back to check if he had it , another call came , he came all the way from back to answer the phone without finish with me or giving me any answer
And after all that he said we cant even get it for you

Never again. Was sold the wrong items. Then when I tried to return. They couldn't do it at this time. So I have to make another trip. I believe in shopping local but it won't be here.

Just like everything else in senatobia, it’s a waste of time and money going here. They probably won’t have what you’re looking for and they don’t have any idea what you need. We went in and asked for a part and They gave us the wrong one so we took it back. We found it again online and it was in store so we bought it and went to pick it up. The cashier was very rude and gave us the wrong part again. Said he wished auto zone would stop doing online pickups. He gave us our part and guess what, it was wrong. Again. So once again we go in give them as much detail as we possibly can at this point and still the wrong part. If you want oil, it’s fine but if you want any thing more then that don’t do it. They have no clue what they are doing.

New update, went in to pick part, was told I would receive a10% discount and the clerk called a manager over, he was being rude and automatically told me not to give his guys a hard time, and I was being totally courteous and never said anything out of line. Manager pretty much got up in my face, I explained to him that I had done nothing out of line and he contiued on with his berating me. I damn near left the part sitting there. Filing a complaint with corporate on this one.

Usually have a good selection of products. I have the rewards card which is good. One time $20 was taken off of my order when I used my rewards card.
