Lisa Miller is the most rude employee I have ever dealt with. Went in to get a tax return amended where she then told me I don't get to wait until the last week to do that kind stuff.isnt this why I pay for service it doesn't matter if I wait until the last day

I will never file my taxes online again. Next year I'm doing them in a physical h&r block office. There were too many particleboard the past 2 years while trying to file digitally.
