No checkout lanes open. Half the self checkout lanes did not work. Had to wait in line to use self checkout.

Went there today to check out. The lines were long so I got into self-check out. I rang my own groceries up and then ran my card. It was declined-nothing in the world wrong with my card, but I tried a different one. It declined too. After 10 minutes someone finally came to help me. She printed a receipt and told me to get in line one to pay. Line one cashier wasn’t accepting customers, so I go in the next line that was long and had a cashier checking out a cashier-laughing and talking. There were plenty of people around to open other lines, but they were talking with each other. Worst customer service ever!

Employees are always on there phones and just rude whenever they are asked to help checkout or find any things.

This was a great store when Randy was managing it. First thengood: Jeffrey and Cynthia in the Auto Center are awesome, very nice and helpful, and Amber in the front always has a smile on her face. They are the ONLY reason for the 2nd star. Now the bad: Purchased tires online. Scheduled appt for 5pm Friday. Got here at 415 and dropped my keys. Came back at 5pm and my car not only was not done, but they had not even started. Sat here for 20 mins before a tech came in to tell me they had no adhesive weights to balance the tires and they didn't know when they would get them in. I had prepaid for service online, so they could not do a refund. I told them to do the installation and I would get them balanced later. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. This store has gone to hell since manager Randy left!! DO BETTER WALMART SENATOBIA!!

Walmart in senatobia, ms has the absolute worse management. Purchased a brand new set of tires and long story short a blowout with the same tire that we previously had problems with on & off within two weeks of purchasing. Reported it too management that the blowout ended in a ambulance taking my loved one to the hospital and our car totalled out. Resulting in no serious effort in accepting our claim regarding all events that we have proof of. Very poor ma management and corporate isn't much better considering countless times of calling and being put on hold without actually talking to someone who could at least have our issues and pain and suffering heard. Considering we are regular customers who shop there weekly I'm terribly disappointed in the acknowledgement and consideration they take upon customers and especially life. A front tire blowout could end tragic.
