I am extremely upset with this post office, i haven’t even lived in Shannon in over 5 yrs. I’ve done the change of address several times. Now my credit has been affected due to fraud, my identity stolen. Credit cards a more.
Because someone can’t take the time to put a little yellow sticker that states change of address on my mail. I wouldn’t give them one star if it were an option.

I have tried to have my family's mail held and forwarded to our new addresses. However, our mail continues to be sent to the wrong place.
We have had our identities stolen. I've made the post office and bank aware of this. My ex-husband and children haven't lived there for years.
Yet, they get credit cards that they didn't sign up for and I got an online bank statement along with a routing number.

The post office did not deliver my certified letter and reported that they did. This negligence cost me a lot of money, time off of work and the cost to hire an attorney to attempt to settle the matter. There are others that had the same experience.

The two ladies that work there are some of the sweetest people! They help me out in any way possible and don’t mind answering any of my questions.

I had a package delivered to my home that wasn't received and they sent my package back to the sender. When I went in to speak to the associate they were very rude and not helpful with the issue. I recommend not to use this usps.
