Went in to the Southaven store on Feb 26th. White guy passed us off to the the black guy. That's ok. I asked why. The answer was " He felt it was a better fit for us and the sale'" COOL!!! Placed the order. The sectional came first. It was ok but the chaise was on the wrong side. The table arrived 3 days later in a box. It was delivered to the wrong address even after we alerted them that the wrong address was on the paperwork and it as too big. Called the store. We were advised to call Guest Services. Have been trying for the last four days to get someone on the phone. The one day that we did get someone on the phone 1. we were told there was no refund on the table we didn't want and 2. we were put on hold to speak with a manager that never came on line after holding for 45 minutes. The guest service rep hug up. This is bad business and we will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture again while advising everyone we know to NEVER BUY anything. If there id no return, customers should be told. I guess then that would hurt sales. So why tell when it hurts Ashley's bottom line. We could have cancelled the order before delivery!!

DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN! THEY WILL FIND ANY AND EVERY REASON TO DENY IT! ITS JUST AN UPSALE GIMMICK! The moment you call for a claim they will say its not covered!

My wife and I went to Ashley to look for a sectional. We found the one we loved and were excited to have it delivered that weekend. Unfortunately, once it delivered, we found that they brought two different colors and had to ask them to take it back. The delivery drivers left the pieces that were supposedly correct instead of taking everything back (later the store tried to hold us accountable for this when discussing returning all product).Our next thought was to obviously reach out to our sales rep that worked with us in store, who convinced us that he resolved the issue and that our next delivery would be correct, however, when it delivered, the color was still wrong.Meanwhile, we asked them about a tear in the fabric on one of the pieces that the drivers had left behind and were told we could not return it but they would ship us a fabric and a technician would come to install the fabric professionally. Not the best option in my opinion but that’s fine. Well Ashley sent pillow stuffing instead of fabric.Back to the sectional — upon talking with a manager, we get no clear answers. Looks like this is going to have to be a full return and looks like they’re going to make us fight for it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!This has by far been the biggest headache I’ve had while ordering/receiving furniture.At the time of my visit to Ashley everything seemed great and my salesperson Shun seemed like he had me situated. But at the time of delivery, the sectional I ordered came in different colors (after being told by shun that only one color existed). I call him and the online customer care, and they both said it’s fixed. I scheduled my new delivery date and what do you know, it’s WRONG again. Two different colors are being delivered, so I tell them to take it back. I call the store and they’re basically saying they’re fixing it but they said that last time and it was a lie. At this point it’s been a week and a half that I’ve not had a couch and no one of the team is concerned and it has become a blame game on both parts of the corporation, the store front and the online customer care service. I AM DISGUSTED by the service and if they accepted returns I would have taken this back a long time ago but of course they just want money without providing quality service.

I arrived to the location at near closing time, needing to purchase an inflatable mattress. Assistant store manager Thomas Galmore was very attentive, helpful, professional, and insightful. He went above and beyond even after closing time to ensure that. I received the items that I truly need for my new move. After such excellent service, I reached out to all my family members and instructed them to visit the Ashley furniture Southaven location to experience the high level of surface that I did.

Ordered a tempurpedic from the homestore in oxford ms in november...because I spent over 4k they offered a free gift which was a ps5...I thought it would be a nice gift for my son for christmas...upon delivery they refused to take my old mattress because it was not in a mattress bag...which they never said it had to be...they would not even give us time to go buy a bag from the haul store a block away...just dropped the mattress in the living room and left...to top it off I never received the free gift...calls to the store and they tell me to call elite rewards...elite rewards says call the store...for that amount of money I expected better service and will not be buying again.
