I've had multiple bad experiences here. All of this started from around August 2022. I was told I needed a crown so I got one. Then the next day I was still having issues so I went back and they had to shave my tooth down. A week or two later I was still having issues with my tooth(crown) and pain so I had to go back again and this time they told me that I needed a root canal on the tooth that they had just did the crown on!!!! All of this happened in the same month!! So the dentist referred me to an orthodontist and told me once I get my root canal done that I can come back to get my crown replaced with no charge. They DID NOT state that I had a timeline to come back to get the repair. I just recently got my root canal done in October after having to reschedule it so many times and was told by my dentist that my crown is not properly installed correctly and that I need to set up an appointment with Aspen and get it fixed. Fast forward to last week I ended going to Aspen and talked to the office manager about the situation and what the dentist said about my replacement. I even explained my situation about how I wasn’t able to get the root canal done right away.. The office manager clearly did not care and stated that they would not replace my crown even though my crown was not installed properly. I have a gap in my crown!!! He said I waited a year after and I told him that I do not see a policy that said I had a timeframe. I will be calling my insurance company and the state dental board..

The Aspen Dental on Goodman Road in Southaven, MS has changed and not for better. The young lady who does the X-rays is very professional and compassionate and so is the young lady who is the new doctor. The only problem I had was with the female who handles the finances/payments. She was to explain two payment options for two separate procedures. She showed me how much the most expensive procedure costs first, of course. (I didn’t visit this office for this very expensive procedure to stat with.) Then when I explained that I didn’t come into that office for those services, and that I only wanted an extraction (which is the only reason I went for that office visit), her body language changed. She seemed a bit upset. This particular location has changed office staff (I.e. receptionists, financial managers, doctor assistants, and doctor) since a brief closure which happened about a year ago. Since then, it has gone down in customer service. They try to push the dental hygienist on me to offer some expensive dental service, when all I went in for is an extraction. I do not plan to go back here ever!

Don't go!I had an appointment yesterday (9/19/23) at 8am to have a sore in my mouth checked caused by my loose-fitting dentures. I made this appointment over a month ago; suffering each day from sore. This was the first available appointment.When I got there, I was told I had to have an exam & ex-rays. ($134) I didn't want said services & was told they couldn't look at the sore in my mouth without the exam & x-rays.I made an appointment for impressions for my permanent dentures for 10/4/23 (it's been 9 months since I got my temporary dentures). And left. Never going back again after they attempt to get my permanent dentures fitting well. And I will tell everyone I know not to go to Aspen Dental!!

These people lie!!! They DON'T CARE about you and they don't take into consideration any kind of problems you have before you even start!! If you have TMJ DO NOT go to these people! They do not care and you will wait months before you get the dentures. And if they don't fit when you do finally get them they don't do ANYTHING!!! You're on your own!!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these people!! So the 4 point rating is laughable!!

Efficient but pushy. Not letting me determine what I want to get done. I am not pleased at all. I went in for pain and came out with a potential bill over 13,000 dollars

The team did a wonderful job but it wasn't what I wanted, I wanted a bridge but at the time I didn't know what the professional name of it was, I didn't want to take it out every day I wanted permanent teeth. Now I'm having to remember to put my teeth in every day. Not happy with that part. I wanted permanent teeth, that's what I'm working overtime to pay for not something I have to put back in every day and night. I'm not happy at all.

If I could give them zero I would. I went in to get a cleaning came out with a 2500 dollar bill a deep cleaning and a piece of my back tooth missing the next day. Then they said for the back tooth I would need a root canal. I was so scared I went back to my regular dentist and he said I did not need a root canal and fixed it a few days later for a small charge on my insurance. He also said my numbers where good and they did a unnecessary deep cleaning if they did one at all and charged my whole 3000 dollars of insurance in one visit. This place needs to be shut down they do unnecessarily procedures on patients while putting them in debt and maxing out there deductible in areas where low income families live. They promote a free x ray and exam and try to give you a line of credit and as soon as your approved they take your money putting you a few thousand in debt do not go to this place ask any dental assistant or hygienist and they will tell you do not go there! So if you want to have unnecessary dental work done credit card debt and you deductibles maxed out then this is the place for you!!! Just read there reviews 4.3 starts that’s not possible when all you see is one stars and multiple stories of the exact same thing I said!!

I visited Goodman location today @4pm with schedule appointment, I took off work for this appointment following my tooth ache very bad! I arrived to location at 3:57pm to be told by two unconcern workers, their on call system scheduled me by mistake and their system kick me out because the dentist left earlier today and they was closing. I said wow, why you guys didn’t inform myself following this cancellation, one worker we don’t have your information. I ask who do? I call you guys and was ask for my information. Both worker was smiling and laughing this location is very unprofessional. Neither worker attempted to apologize for this error with the system! I will not allow Aspen to treat my Dog!! I will never attempt to use this location please keep moving! Due to the respect of their patients!!!

This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. I was there for a toothache,had many x-rays done,we discussed me getting partial on the bottom,plate on top. We were given prices on how much everything was going to be, an that they even had financing if needed. Well,we gave them insurance info for medical to pay for three teeth to be surgically removed .Talked to the girl on Wednesday she said she'd let us know something Thursday or Friday if not it would be Monday. After calling time an time again,no one ever returned my calls finally I talked to someone who told me we don't deal with any medical insurance..the girl you spoke with was just being nice....I said oh ok well I'll find a new dentist and I won't recommend y'all to anyone. Horrible dentist, horrible communication.

I’m just wondering if anybody else has been trying to get in touch with this office since the accident happened on goodman . Ive been trying everyday last week and i called today . NOBODY!! Is returning my calls . I NEED teeth and can’t even get them ! Because nobody wants to answer the phone .

Very poor service & do not follow their creed messages on the phone or on the walls in the office. Possibly the Worst Decision & Worst Dental office. Manager Jessica is like the weather rain,Thunderstorms or sunny ! I can say unequivocally without hesitation Dr Brown is very sincere and compassionate. But she is the only one you can trust I m waiting now for a month for silicone liner but no callback no postcard. No Corporate number to call !!! Their phones were down for 2 wks 2 nd time around. No empathy from any single office personnel Actually discuss your private business about your Dental health in front of orher customers!!! I ve seen people walk out for the fact they can't stand up for X-rays! So sad the Corporate headquarters do not know or don't want to know. Unreachable! I recommend a private practice vs Aspen & spend less in the end

I was approved for a line of credit and when I showed up for my appointments I was told on two separate appointments that I would be contacted to reschedule. It has been over a month, and no call back, I left numerous messages, or when I call, they pick up and say nothing but “hold please” and 30 minutes later, I’m still on hold. Despite not even having my procedure yet, I’m still being billed for the total amount of my care plan by the third party credit company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!

This Southaven location is ridiculous. They will cancel your appointment though you already scheduled it 2 months before.When you call for an appointment you will be on hold for long period of time . I have my denture done with them and it's almost a year and yet they can not still make a proper adjustment into it. They have a money back guarantee policy with their dentures but they will not do it, instead they will offer you to redo the dentures but it will take forever for them to do the right adjustment. I am having a toothache and I called them for an extraction but they can not give me an earlier appointment to think that I am their patient and the cause of my toothache is the lower partial that they made. They will not look at you as a Patient / Human , to them you're just a number . Stay away from this Facility. BIG MISTAKE FROM MY PART GOING TO THIS FACILITY!!!!!
