Alissa and Jalen greeted me with a friendly and courteous smile. They were very helpful in assisting with my phone set up after recent issues with my over the phone order. They took their time and explained the various features on my new phone! It's hard to find people who offer great customer service; you are able to tell that they truly enjoy and value the work in which they do!!! I observed each agent present on that day working diligently and focused on the customer they were dealing with by communicating and taking care of their needs. The store was clean and inviting. I do not reside in Southaven. With the attentive along with the professional service I received, that will be the only location I will be driving to for any future assistance.

Jaylon provided the BEST customer service. I went to the store a few weeks ago wanting to transition from Android to Apple but very skeptical because I am so used to navigating the Android/Samsung 22. Jaylon was very attentive and did not pressure me. He was detailed in explaining the pros and cons about both phones. He was clear and concise when showing the phones to me. He advised me to think about it and told me the best time to come back. I went back to this store on this Thursday when the Iphone 15 was released. Jaylon remembered me and all the prior details I provided weeks ago down to how much I work from my phone. I have not had customer service like this in a very long time especially from Gen Z is a major plus. I felt comfortable in my decision to transition from Android to Apple. Jaylon ordered the phone in the color I wanted. He even helped me pick out a phone cover and screen protector. Jaylon’s future is very bright. In my opinion and professional experience, Jaylon could be the face of AT&T (equivalent to Jake from State Farm). He has the personality and overall look to be successful in this area. He would also be great for traveling to colleges and businesses promoting AT&T products. He is very good at up-selling without it being obvious and placing NO pressure on the customer for a sale. It is very natural for him and something I have not seen in a long time. I do want to add Alyssa and Silas assisted Jaylon in helping me. Silas observed I was trying to work even in the store and was kind of enough to offer his breakfast to me. Thanks, Silas! This trio makes a great team and definitely knows how to service the customer.

STAY AWAY from attt everyone! They will steal money and lie to you! They will not uphold a word they tell you! They have caused me legal issues bc every person I talked to lied to me and even though I have every conversation recorded they refuse to uphold what they told me! DO NOT go with attt you will regret it

I’m very disappointed after hearing of my friends’ experience at the Southaven store with a gentleman worker after we had such a good experience with a lady when I upgraded my phone. He had not upgraded his phone in 5 years and after declining a protection plan that would have cost him close to an extra $20 a month, he was told that he couldn’t receive help transferring his contacts to the new device because he didn’t get the protection plan. That is the rudest and most absurd thing I’ve ever heard.

This place is god-awful. I went to pick up a new phone during my lunch break, but I didn't open it until I got home. Come to find out they didn't even properly ring it up so when I got home it wasn't activated.Stay away from these 3rd party locations, and go to a legit AT&T.

Silas was extremely helpful 9.28.22 & is an ATT cell system expert. Silas was polite, courteous, and very patient with this Marine Vet Senior citizen. Silas went above & beyond helping me get my new phone set up. Silas is a 5 -star employee who has assisted me several times this past year. I won't go to any ATT store except 5205 Airways because Silas works there. Patrick, the district manager, was there and helpful 9.28 as well. They clearly appreciate our business & both deserve a 5 -star rating and pay raises.

I was greeted when I walked in by Silas( I think that's his name). He was assisting another customer but acknowledged me and let me know he would help me as soon as he finished with the customer he was helping. The transition process was easy and he explained all the details to me, far as devices and plans. The purchase of my new phone was smooth and easy. I was able to keep my current number as well. My experience was wonderful.

I’ve been an AT&T customer for decades and after being in this store for 30 seconds, I’m considering switching to anyone else. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Don’t give these people a dime of your money or a minute of your time. There are businesses out there who value you as a customer. This place isn’t one of them. Wish I could rate it less than one star.
