Jose, an employee at the Southaven, MS store, was angered by my response. He quickly slid my driver’s license across the table and loudly said, “ You need to leave.” I never raised my voice and was calm. The security guard heard him tell me to leave. She came over and told me to leave. I told her I was calm and had not raised my voice. I asked to see the manager. The manager resolved the issue. I have NEVER been asked to leave a store or establishment. I have NEVER been threatened with the police. Apparently, there was an escalation earlier that day, and everyone’s “nerves were on edge.” Plus I have been in this store multiple times. In December, I purchased a phone and a watch at this location. There wasn’t a problem with the spelling of my name in your system as it was yesterday.

This is by far the best AT&T retail store I’ve ever visited! All the sales associates were kind and professional. Jose stood out, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. His manager (whose name I can’t recall) was also incredibly sweet and accommodating. The entire team made my experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service!

I visited the Southaven store this morning. Words cannot describe how I’m feeling right now. I drove 7 hours from Texas with no phone! Jeremy basically touched my phone and magically it powered on. I’d been trying to power it on for hours by hitting the up/down volume button then pressing the power button in for a few seconds. I did it several times but nothing worked. This location is the best. Jeremy wasn’t pushy. He listened and understood my needs! He wasn’t trying to make a sale. He fixed my current phone and I left feeling so grateful.
