If you come here, always use a teller. I don't trust their ATM after it stole a deposited I made a locked me out. I called the bank while I was there and reported it. I did not move from the ATM, and they did not give me full credit for the deposit I made. Plus, it seems like it doesn't. matter what location you go to, the ATM will be broke if you need to make a withdrawal. On the positive side, the tellers are very nice and professional each time I go. So that's why I give is 5 ?

Used to be Bancorpsouth, it’s my love to come Bank. Couple weeks ago, I ran there asking Cadence Bank to verify the cashier check to make sure I don’t get scammed, and surprisingly Rachel refused to help. Doing business, we depending on our bank’s assistance so that we don’t get scammed by many crooks out there. And my bank turned me down for a simple phone call. Jeff has an outstanding customer service and that’s hard to find nowadays.

The ATM machine is a hit and a miss. Seems like it is always broken. Went by today and someones card was stuck in the machine with a balnk screen, except for the cadence logo in top left corner......

Each branch that I have visited (Memphis, Southaven, Olive Branch , Oxford) has had great customer service. I have banked with numerous institutions over the years (including credit unions) , but have never been satisfied with the level of customer service for an extended period of time. Usually I would have to stick to one location and after a few visits, I would be disappointed. BancorpSouth has given me a different experience over the last few years and I highly recommend them. Side Note: Sandy Hayes at the Snowden Grove Location has gone above and beyond regarding a recent issue I was having. The initial problem should have taken no more than 10 - 12 business days to resolve but for someone reason has dragged out for over a month. Sandy stayed on top of it until it was resolved and made sure to keep me in the loop. She is outstanding!
