Be careful when trying to buy a car from this dealer. Called to inquire about a work van they had for sale, the price was very low so I was cautious. I asked if they had a Carfax and said they don't pull Carfax on their vehicles, no problem, paid for one on my own and I'm glad I did. This van had structural damage with airbag deployment. This dealer said they bought this van at auction and got a "great deal" on it, when I asked if there were any issues with it they did not mention replacing the radiator, the bumper, the condenser, or any other repairs. They did not mention the damage that it had when they purchased it at auction. They sent me videos and pictures of the van showing how it was in great shape and how well it ran. Needless to say, I probably would have purchased this van if they had been honest and said what was wrong with it and what they had done to repair it. The worst part of it, I dealt with the owner, not an employee just trying to make a living.

This is the worst car lot ive ever experienced. I bought a pickup truck last MONTH because i own a food truck . When i bought this truck , they told me it’s was a brand new transmission in it . They lied because i was driving at night time and the truck started smoking bad and leaking a red fluid .! I took it to a mechanic and they said the entire transmission has went out . I told them i needed a great truck because I’m a food truck owner and they didn’t care . They ripped me off and took my money and gave me a bad truck . Please don’t go here . Biggest mistake of my entire life . They didn’t care that I’m a young woman with small children . They didn’t care that my truck stopping in night time with my kids was unsafe . They just wanted a sale . I will never ever go to them again . They are SCAMMERS!!

I have purchased a few vehicles from cook auto sales and they have all immediately needed severe repairs. Most recently I bought a S-10 from cooks. Within a few weeks the ball joint snapped while I was driving nearly causing an accident. It was like pulling teeth to get ahold of anyone at cooks about it and after I speaking with them I paid to have the truck towed from Tennessee back to their shop. After repairs were completed on the truck I hadn’t had more than a few weeks, they wanted me to pay for the repairs. This was outrageous to me as they clearly didn’t inspect the truck before selling it to me. The only positive here is Mr. Cook did end up covering the repair of the ball joint but not the tow or the damage that was caused to the cv axle. Not even two months after this the other ball joint snapped causing the exact same issue on the passenger side of the truck as well as damaging the other cv axle. I have given these guys a few chances but after my experience I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from these guys who clearly don’t inspect vehicles on the lot and do the minimum to right a wrong if anything at all is done.

Was sold a lemon. Was sold a car with a coolant leak. We have a replacement. The entire door frame on the passenger door is missing & also can’t open. There were bugs in the back, a knife, & a really old tag. Worst auto sales experience ever.

They are very rude and after you sign the papers they take it to the shop to put the GPS on it and they mess up stuff so you have to bring it back and pay the a "reduced"amount to fix it.
