I had an issue with my front windows not rolling down with the driver side switches. I dropped the car off and in less than two hours, the problem was fixed. Outstanding job from John and his crew in the service department at Landers Ford in Southhaven.

Service department on this location was phenomenal, im amazed with how quick service was, most importantly they resolved my truck issues, Mr. John from service department was really awesome working with , I highly recommend this dealership & service & especially John !

Had a great start with the salesman Darrel everything went very smooth after they took the truck to the back to wash it truck is black btw.we noticed swirl marks all thru the paint . After a little disagreements Taylor the main guy step up and sent my truck to have it paint corrected. They did stand behind the truck they sold me and even got me a 2nd key at no charge.

I have to say I've given up on this dealership. I honestly do not think they want to service any business - they just want to sell vehicles. Every time I have a service need, I'm told it will be weeks before they can even look at my vehicle.Monday, I called about my sun roof not opening. Before I could say another word, the guy on the phone rudely said "It will be $160 for you to bring it in." I told him I had a warranty and then he said it would be at least 15 days before he could even look at it and if it needed a part, it may be a few more weeks. He said that I'd need to leave my vehicle there the entire time.Ok, first, if you aren't going to look at my vehicle for 15 days, why not put me on the schedule and have me drop it off the day before? Why would you have me give my vehicle to you and have you just park it in your lot for two weeks? Tell me where that makes any sense?This dealership needs a lesson in Customer Relations.Side note to this dealership - I live in Richmond, VA and called Bill Talley Ford in Mechanicsville on Monday. I was told I could bring in my vehicle on Wednesday and they would get it taken care of. On Thursday, the next day, the sun roof tracking had been taken out and totally replaced. They even ordered a new shade and replace it. Hmmmmm, all in a matter of two days and not 15 days or a month.If you are in Southaven, MS and need service repairs, get your vehicle to Bill Talley Ford - they will definitely take care of you.As for Landers Ford South, focus on taking care of your customers outside of just trying to sell a vehicle. The only positive I can give this dealership is to say when Ed Stock was the GM there, there was a huge difference in Customer Service.Thank you again Bill Talley Ford! You are the best and Drew Dorish, customer rep there is absolutely amazing!

The service department is very selfish and lazy. I bought a new vehicle and after 15000 miles the vehicle jerked forward as if another vehicle hit the back. I still have bumper to bumper insurance. I was stranded on the side of the road to which roadside assistance scheduled pick up and delivery to this particular Landers. A very rude and arrogant man answered the phone from the service department. I was told it sounds like the transmission and it will be five or six months, at least, before they could get to it. The man said to call someone else and see if they could do it sooner. After calling elsewhere, I was told roughly the same. I called back to Landers South and the man then said no they will NOT help me and I now have no choice but to find someone else. I asked why they could not help me after I bought the vehicle there and received bumper to bumper insurance along with paying extra for the Ford Protect Extended Service Plan. The man's only answer was his manager said no. I was forced to pay for the vehicle to be delivered beyond the10 mile delivery allowance. I now worry the professionalism, arrogance and laziness of this Landers service center extends to others and will not get my vehicle back without other issues stemming from this one.

Service department is full of sloppy, careless staff that don't care about your vehicle. This is from today. Last November, the brand new engine air filter I paid for them to replace was completely covered in oily hand prints. Thank God my warranty just expired and I will never have to set foot in that dump again.

I came in a few weeks ago and asked the service advisor if I could get my TPMS sensors programmed quickly (you walk around the car and press a button that takes 20 seconds). He told me I would have to leave my truck there for a week. I went to Homer Skelton, and they immediately did it and with a smile, too. I will never go to Landers Ford after that experience. The landers service advisors have never given me a smile or been nice, always rude too.

Took my truck for an oil change and tire rotation. Took them seven hours to change my oil after I called to tell them that I needed my truck because I was getting off work. They couldn't rotate my tires because they weren't stock. It cost me over a hundred bucks for them to change my oil and my truck is a gasoline, not diesel

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I called in advance to ask how long it would take for a diagnosis and was told approximately 3 days. I arrived at the shop, I told the guy my issue, and he told me it was my transmission without even checking it out. So I asked if he could do a dianosis, and he said it would take about a week, I told him it could stay for a week. I told him i had my warranty information (where I pay a $100 deductible and the company pays the rest). He asked what kind I told him, and he said we don't take that. He seemed to have every excuse on why I couldn't leave my car. I mean if you don't want to work, don't go to work.

Great, great people.Was driving from Little Rock back to Charlotte NC, when my Dodge Charger started running hot. I was not sure if Landers Dodge next door took after hours drops, so I drove a couple doors down to Landers Ford two minutes before close and explained my dilemma. Mike was happy to help, he got my information and even helped me carry some of my belongings from where I had parked the car to the gate, staying a bit after close to ensure my ride to a rental car place arrived and was a joy to chat with.Mike got my information, and let me know that they would get it down to Landers Dodge when they opened back up.Did not spend a penny with them, but the compassion and understanding of a difficult situation, and the eagerness to assist did not go unnoticed, and I can tell you that from talking with him for 15 minutes that these are solid people. Thanks for the help guys, keep doing good things!

Not sure how this place has 4 stars but they are a total rip off. They don’t care about the customer, they just want a sale. They sold me a vehicle with bad rear brakes that squeak each time you back up. It is so loud and embarrassing. The paint buffing guy’s skills are trash. The monthly payment is ridiculously expensive. The total payment is $15000 more than the actual brand new one off the lot. I wish I could remember the salesman Chris’s last name. I believe his last name begins with an H, not sure though. He is a scammer. DO NOT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF.

Service is excellent took my car in Friday for oil change and my office manager noticed something hanging down I called and then took it back up there turns out just some felt had gotten caught on road debris? Thanks for checking!

The Customer service is not good at all! This location CONSTANTLY put offs customers calls, messages and continues to fail at customer call backs. I've been a customer of this location since the fall of 2022. I last went to this location on Feb 24th of this year 2023 for a routine oil change of my 2020 Mustang and noticed odd popping noises coming from the engine intake area so I asked the service rep if they could check the problem and let me know what it is. Long story short, they took care of the oil change and provided me with documented and detailed description of what was causing the odd noises that were coming from the engine intake area. It was found to be the Active Shutters Binding which causes the popping sound, the shutter assembly is not moving to correct stopping points. (Which in the long run can cause catastrophic damage to the entire engine!!!!! HENCE ME ATTEMPTING TO GET THIS HANDLED AND FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!) The technician left a detailed note of the price, labor, etc on my service receipt with a note stating "the diagnostic charged today will be deducted from the repair price if done within 30 days." That same day I provided the name and phone number to the company I have an extended warranty with in order for this to get fixed in a timely manner. I WOULD HATE FOR MY ENGINE TO BLOW OUT DUE TO THE FAILURE OF YOUR LOCATION IN PROVIDING SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS. I've retained all of the documentation for my record. It is now Monday May 8th, 2023 and this location and service rep has continuously failed to adequality and appropriately execute proper customer service and hospitality. Are we not in the South??? Where's the hospitality??? Since Feb 24th, I received nothing but excuses from Ms.Becky Brodbeck the service rep at Landers Ford Southaven!!! I even went as far and left the Service Manager Devin Chiles a call and nothing!!In return on April 6th,2023 I reached out to the Landers Ford Collierville, TN location with the hopes of receiving better customer service and appropriate care within a timely manner. I filled them in on what was happening with this location (Landers Ford Southaven) and the service rep Mr. Lee was initially assisting me until the phone lines went cold. I even left several voicemails with the Service Manager Ed Stock at the Collierville location and of course no one picked up the phone nor returned my calls and voicemails. On Wednesday May 3rd, 2023 I had to take time out of my busy work schedule and use my lunch break in order to pay the location a visit. Upon my visit I observed the Service Manager Ed Stock lounging around in his office to my disbelief. I'm thinking to myself "Is this the same person that has ignored and neglected to return my voicemails and calls since I first reached out to his location NEARLY A MONTH AGO??? ARE YOU SERIOUS??!!? WHAT A SLAP IN THE FACE!This is where I met Mr. Lee in person and was told by him, that he was instructed by his service technician lead or manager at the Landers Ford Collierville location, to tell me the customer to take my vehicle back to the Landers Ford Southaven location and have them service it. I find this very counterproductive though Mr.Lee at least initiated an attempt to trouble shoot the problem at hand. I'll be sure to leave the Landers Ford Collierville a review as well!Not to mention, I was informed by the service rep at Landers Ford Collierville that it in fact DOES NOT TAKE THREE MONTHS TO GET ON THE PHONE WITH A WARRANTY COMPANY AND RECEIVE THE REQUESTED AND NEEDED INFOMATION AS PERTAINS TO EXTENDED WARRANTIES!!! HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
