The housekeeping "refresh" was lackluster. The bed wasn't made, trash wasn't emptied, towels were left on the bathroom counter (photo). Being titanium elite, this was well below the typical expectation of a mariott property. Hotel staff was friendly, and I enjoyed breakfast at the internal Starbucks. Lots of food options are very close. Overall, it was a nice hotel for a brief stay.

We stayed here one night and the room seemed fine at first. Rooms were clean and nice, however at around 7am they started to get ready for cleaning rooms and were incredibly loud. Apparently there was a storage room right outside our door and the cleaning crew were slamming that door shut repeatedly. The door shut so loud it sounded like someone was in our room slamming the bathroom door. I would not recommend staying in the hotel especially room 220. Additionly, the hotel doesn't offer any breakfast items free of charge everything costs extra.

My son's baseball team stayed at this property during a baseball tournament in Southaven. It was a great hotel with AMAZING staff. Tammy at the front desk is the best person I've ever met in the hospitality industry, and the staff at the cafe was always so helpful. The boys loved the indoor pool.

I recently checked into the Courtyard Marriott for a stay that extends until Sunday, and I didn't want to delay expressing my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Kaliyah Collins. On my first night, I encountered an issue with the air conditioning in my room. Kaliyah was super helpful and very accommodating, promptly arranging for me to switch to another room. She followed up to ensure I was happy with the new room, which truly highlighted her commitment to guest satisfaction.
The hotel is nice and updated, clean, and well taken care of. The staff is generally very friendly, but Kaliyah stands out for her dedication and attentiveness. Her outstanding customer service has made a significant positive impact on my stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and I want to extend a special thank you to Kaliyah for making my experience so pleasant from the very beginning.

One of the nicer hotels in Southaven. Rooms are clean, staff is great. Stay here for a consistenly good experience. I have stayed at just about every other Southaven hotel, this is the best.

Great front desk crew, very friendly and efficient. Rooms are as expected for a Courtyard property. The location is good, while close to the interstate it's surprisingly quiet. This property is nestled in with a few other hotels, so be sure you're turning into the correct driveway.

Perfect location for Memphis airport travelers. Van transportation to and from airport...about 15 minutes 1 way...free. Outstanding friendly staff welcomed us with recognition of our Marriott lifetime status...few Marriotts do this. Wonderful breakfast for reasonable cost and quick. Clean comfortable rooms. Need better lighting in the room, and USB charging outlets. Most Marriotts have the new clocks with extra 110v and USB a & c charging ports.

The service I received was excellent, the stay however was not. The first room I had the window was cracked open and wouldn’t shut. I was relocated to a different room which I didn’t feel comfortable even taking my socks off. The carpets in this hotel were very worn and the rooms are outdated. I honestly have stayed at better Fairfield inns than this. I don’t believe this property in its current state is anywhere near a courtyard level and am dissatisfied with my stay.
