Can't get anyone on the phone. As soon as I get my blood pressure med. I will be finding another company to do business with. CVS take your automated phone and go f yourself with it

06/23/24 at 4:20ish, the employee Linda was very rude. She followed us around the store. I came in with a wallet and my phone. It was very obvious what she was doing. She was very racist and rude. Continued to talk down to us and was very condescending.
After I decided to go through self checkout and not go through her self checkout she continued to talk down to me and my kids. There was another employee right there just watching and did not try to calm her unprofessional coworker down.
Completely unprofessional of CVS.

Your employee BARBARA is amazing! I was having issues getting a coupon to scan at Self Checkout, so she took me to to her register and personally checked me out! She represents your company very well, and should be recognized for it!

Walked into the pick up counter at 6 minutes to 6. But the pharmacist was putting on quite a show. Arguing and debating Lay with another customer. When's the girl finally decided to get out of the middle and come wait on me? It was straight up 6 o'clock and their computers automatically shut down. And I could not get my prescriptions.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy! Do not bother calling, you'll be put on hold for 15 minutes and then you'll be sent to voice mail.

I haven’t had issues before until the drive thru lady with short purple hair let the person in front of me get their prescriptions but since it was 6:05 when I pulled up she closed the window and mouthed “sorry” while laughing due to the pharmacy closing for the night. I was waiting for over 10 minutes in line.

This is the worst pharmacy The customer service does not exist. I understand they are busy but they just don’t care. My husband had surgery the prescriptions were called in only half were ready they said come back in an hour. Came back 3 hrs later still not done. And they just could care less

I was told they were out of my prescription drug. I asked if they could help me find it else where, it was badly needed, the lady said”you will have to do that yourself”. I said “thank you for all your help” she said “ you’re welcome” I said “ I was being sarcastic” she said “ I understand”. Furious!!! I will never use them again. CVS on Goodman. What pharmacy would not try and locate a medication for someone?

Drive-Thru lady with red/Burnt Orange hair, short cut, Always Very Quick snappy Attitude, Impatient, NOT FRIENDLY!, NOT Professional and SLOW. PLEASE find other type of work if your that Unhappy working with the Public.
