Worst customer service in the pharmacy! Do not bother calling, you'll be put on hold for 15 minutes and then you'll be sent to voice mail.

I haven’t had issues before until the drive thru lady with short purple hair let the person in front of me get their prescriptions but since it was 6:05 when I pulled up she closed the window and mouthed “sorry” while laughing due to the pharmacy closing for the night. I was waiting for over 10 minutes in line.

This is the worst pharmacy The customer service does not exist. I understand they are busy but they just don’t care. My husband had surgery the prescriptions were called in only half were ready they said come back in an hour. Came back 3 hrs later still not done. And they just could care less

I was told they were out of my prescription drug. I asked if they could help me find it else where, it was badly needed, the lady said”you will have to do that yourself”. I said “thank you for all your help” she said “ you’re welcome” I said “ I was being sarcastic” she said “ I understand”. Furious!!! I will never use them again. CVS on Goodman. What pharmacy would not try and locate a medication for someone?

Drive-Thru lady with red/Burnt Orange hair, short cut, Always Very Quick snappy Attitude, Impatient, NOT FRIENDLY!, NOT Professional and SLOW. PLEASE find other type of work if your that Unhappy working with the Public.

This CVS is a joke. Every trip has caused an issue. My own ID wouldn't scan that made up rule for ID costs the person to not get their meds. 1 lane open n patients wanting to ask about refills when others jus need to pick up. I am going to an easy going pharmacy and not a chaotic one. More concerned with commercializing and not personalizing. So sad

I use to always go there and today the ladies that where there (older bigger white lady and look like a Mexican older lady) didn’t have enough on my card so I asked the lady if she can just cancel the order and the white lady was like did you pay with card and I said yes and she like well I don’t think we can give it back (that is a lie) anyways she went to the Hispanic lady and they whisper something and I saw them look at me and started laughing. And then she came over to cancel it went back to the other lady said something again and laughed. I was getting my daughter candy and the self check out said I had to wait for someone to come over Hispanic lady came and fixed it and watched over me she was so close to me to make sure I was paying and then went back to the lady. Anyways I feel like they were shaming me. Y’all should never make a customer feel embarrassed and shamed. Do better! I will take my business somewhere else.

I gave 3 stars I had no problem at first but when I went back through drive thru to get my medicine. CHRISTINA said HUH and gave me my bag.Wow My first and last time at that CVS. I'm from IL.And needed a refill..

I am moving all my local medicine from them. They can never find my prescription and they don't communicate with the doctor or patient. They all need to close

I would rate this store as the Number 1 CVS in the South!Love the pharmacist always understanding and helpful!Store is always clean!
