Customer service depend on who's there. It's a hit or miss. Some don't even speak and basically make no eye contact so you have to use the self check out. Some people do speak depending on the day.

Pharmacy is incapable of providing an accurate estimate as to when time sensitive medications will be ready unless the nice older male pharmacist is there; oh, and don’t expect them to fill it for you when you show up at the time it’s supposed to be ready. They’ll just make you wait another hour instead.

I think this is long overdue. I can't speak to other sites but this CVS is top notch. The store is always clean and the front end staff is always friendly and welcoming. The pharmacy staff are back there working like a well oiled machine. They are helpful if you have questions and friendly like you would expect a community pharmacy to be. Even at the busiest times everyone has a great attitude about their job. I can't say thank you enough for the great service, that seems to be a rare quality these days.

I am honestly only leaving star because I can't write a review without leaving at least 1 star. I recently transferred mine and my sons medications here. The pharmacist , Victor, would not fill one of my prescriptions last month even though I was asking for it to be refilled the day AFTER it was due. He claimed a database said the medication I had was picked less than a month before the day I was requesting the refill (gave me a date that did not match the physical bottle I brought in). He refused to show me the documentation, even though it was my personal file, and then made me wait until the next day to get my prescription. He was extremely rude. On the way out, at the front checkout area a current and a former employee were standing and had over heard me talking on the phone while getting in line at the front. They told me that the pharmacy at that location was terrible (rude staff, condescending, and disrespectful). Both the current and former employee had moved their prescriptions to other pharmacies because of that.
Fast forward to today,and ran into the same problems when filling my son's medication. Also, unless you use the doctor's line option, you cannot reach an actual human. I gave up and used the doctor's office option after trying multiple times to reach a person. I was told by the employee that "corporate" changed their phone set up and everyone has to leave a voicemail now and wait for a return call. I did that last month with no return call. I told the employee that and she said I could drive over there and talk to a person. That is ridiculous. Also, if I call and leave a voicemail and they actually call back, I would most likely be asleep since I work nights. I let them know all of there call/voicemail protocols for customers were not going to be an issue since we will be moving to Walgreens after this is filled. Terrible customer service ☹️☹️

The employees in this pharmacy are extremely rude and this is the
reason I am no longer going to get my medicine at CVS. I am closing my account and going to start getting my medicine at Kroger. The employees at Kroger are alot more friendly than CVS !!!!!

Called the pharmacy today to ask a question and I tell you whoever answered the phone was so rude I just told them I will just call another pharmacy. I moved my prescriptions from there years ago. They have the worst customer service. I was just wanting to inquire about a voucher I had received to get a glucose monitor. But after that rudeness I will keep my account away from CVS. Thanks for reassuring me I made the right choice!!

I'm sure everyone knows what CVS is but every time I've gone there the employees are so nice and helpful. So much better than Walgreens but that's my opinion.

I have been using CVS pharmacy for my prescriptions for over 10 yrs. I travel for work and I am regularly away from home 7 day stretches, I have a migraine medicine that is very important to be able to do my job. In the past CVS has made errors on prescriptions including this one and caused me to miss work. On Dec 9th I called Victor to try and find out where the error was, on their side or the doctors. He kept telling me to “call the doctor”. I had already talked to the doctor but Victor interrupted me mid- sentence three times before I could even ask him a question. He finally hung up on me. What a rude and disrespectful person he is, he is a shame to all of the other wonderful people in that store that have been so helpful to me over the years. Not only did they lose me as a customer, but 10 of my family members as well.
