Simply amazing. I went to another popular local place and was totally disappointed. Dr. Duncan and his entire staff were professional and speedy. I am thankful to have found this place!

Do not go to this corrupt establishment because they defraud the customers ;even those with full medicaid and Medicare. They demand $245 or more; for fully covered preventive care procedures. The annual preventive care is 100% covered. Once pointing out these facts; it is then the front desk representatives (after being placed on an extensive hold) . They reply with these hidden fees that weren't known before coming in. This facility administrates fees at will and not by law. If the patient questions any excessive fees then on the next billing cycle ; there will be more fictitious fees added. This is obviously an attempt to get cash from patients. They will Trump up these bogus bills ; that increase everytime they contact you via phone. This is after your insurance company has paid the claim. They make up bills at their own discretion.Itvis obvious that their abuse of authority is due to personal gain of: untraceable, untaxable, & cash in the staff members hands. There is noway that the lead physician is not aware of these outright displays of extortion are going on; it further proves that they are enacting on the master mind; over his payroll patsies carrying out the dirty work/currency collections. They don't deserve a fourth of a star and their scheme will be made known to all. In hopes of , no other unsuspecting human beings being taken advantage of financially
They will be and rightfully should be reported to the medical board; along with other governing entities. Do not get ripped off from thisso called " gastroenterology facility"(crime under the guise).

Dr Duncan is the best gastroenterologist ever. Any time I came here His staff was very polite, respectful and nice. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Duncan and the entire team at Delta Gastro are fantastic! I have dealt with numerous doctors, clinics, hospitals, and their staffs since I was 5 years old, and I can honestly say Delta Gastro is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Their kindness and attention to detail is top notch!

I've called 19 times over the past three days trying to get an appointment. I used the message portal on their website, emailed and sent a message through facebook.I still haven't received a return call.My husband had his colonoscopy here last year and we were very pleased. Dr. Duncan was amazing and the staff was great. I'm not sure what has happened in the last year but, if they are not even returning calls and messages I can only assume the level of service has declined as well.

Arrived early and waited over 3 hours to see the doctor. Unacceptable and the lady at the front needs an attitude adjustment. Don’t waste your time here unless you want to be treated poorly.

My daughter started seeing Dr Duncan last year. They told her she had this and that but she has still been sick all this time with no relief. It took my nurse practitioner in my small town where I live to order the hida scan test. She had it last Friday. She has 0% gallbladder function. Another surgeon will be doing her surgery this week. Yall need to do better! And I'm editing this review because today we went back to this same Dr for an appt because they r the only ones that take my daughter's insurance and they tell my daughter they can't see her. She had that appt scheduled for today. She got a confirmation text Friday afternoon to confirm which she did. Then your office going to tell us today oh that was probably our automated system that did that. The Dr she saw at hospital the first week in June said my daughter needed to see a gastro because she has duodenitis. This office is a joke.
