I had such a fantastic experience at the women’s shoe department at Dillard’s Southaven! The selection is amazing, with a great variety of styles, brands, and sizes to choose from. Whether you're looking for something casual, dressy, or comfortable for everyday wear, they have it all.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and truly knowledgeable about the shoes they sell. They were patient, helpful, and made sure I found exactly what I needed without feeling rushed or pressured. Shopping here was a pleasure, and I left feeling great about my purchase.
If you’re looking for a top-notch shoe shopping experience, Dillard’s Southaven is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!

I really don't shop here, I had to make a return from Christmas. They do have a great selection of merchandise, I saw several shoes i would definitely buy. I'll be back to browse around.

I went shopping 🛍 for the holidays. Went to the perfume counter for assistance. It was very hectic as several customers were to be assisted. I was at the Versace women's fragrance counter. There was a slight misunderstanding receiving assistance. Ultimately 2 very nice young ladies came to my assistance and I was able to make a successful purchase 🙌. I even received a sample for my troubles. I will be shopping again soon! Thank you ladies for your professionalism 👏!

Was very neat and organized! Nice service person close by in every department. More purses than I have ever seen in one place! Carry quality merch not junk that will only last a year. I was there about 10 days before Christmas, only disappointment was nothing I really wanted was on sale. Not many markdowns.
