  I went in for balloons for a party and everything was stocked and Felicia did a great job assisting me with my needs. The whole staff was helpful and busy stocking the store.

  Southhaven Stateline: Now I love me some Dollar Tree! And Im doing a good review on the Kirby location. But this girl “Daysia” at the register didn’t even say hi or thank you or have a good day or nothing. No manners whatsoever. She probably came from working at McDonalds. She just scanned my items and looked crazy the whole time..She literally just looked at me and stared the whole time. Baby speak up! Idk if it was because I was looking cute that day or what. But I’m sure if I was a little old lady or any MAN in the world, I would have gotten a good greeting or SOMETHING. She said nothing to me, threw me off. Huffing and puffing..all I heard was her breathing. I almost said something to her and woke her up since she was sleep walking but God has been working on me 🙏 Baby i don’t care if YOU don’t care how Im doing. I don’t. Fake it til you make it. It’s the respect. Sweetheart smile or something. Lighten up. Your life cannot be that bad…at all. She was very awkward and acted like she was just ready to go home. If you don’t like your job boo QUIT. Very unprofessional. Very plain jain. Very boring. Very unwelcoming. She looked tired & miserable. She probably needs to work with snails or sloths. Then she can keep up with them. Don’t even gotta talk. Very slow. Very easy. That would be perfect for her. Growth opportunity for her. Might even make more money and be happier working with animals. But really both of the employees from Tuesday December 17th were not helpful at all. I wish I could have done a self checkout. I would have left happier in a better mood. They didn’t even want to help look for the item I wanted. The icing on the cake was when I got my change and said thank you-trying to be Polite and have Manners.. the poor thing didn’t say nothing..not Your welcome-the girl didnt even blink…like I intimidated her or something. Idk Ive seen better so baby u should do better. She needs more training ASAP because I barely want to go back to this location. I would have been better off staying in Memphis…

  This has to be the worse dollar tree ever. They close 30mins to a hour early every day. Then have the audacity to get mad when you pull on the door. They have some of the worse attitudes ever. There is one young lady that works there is arguing with customers every time I see her working.

  Clutter. Boxes all over the aisles. A major safety hazard. No shopping carts. You can barely get down the aisles. They need to have more organization before someone gets hurt
