Store was a bit dirty. My online order was not ready by the time I arrived 35 minutes late from when the order stated it would be ready for pickup online. Seemed short staffed. The displays were not updated seemed a bit empty.

I placed an ordered on 7/20 to be delivered 7/29. Order was never delivered but my card was charged. It’s been such a hassle trying to get in contact with someone to remedy this. The hours online don’t reflect their actual business hours, or someone is just refusing to answer the phone.

Called to place an order over the phone because the website glitched my initial order. The woman who answered the phone was not only super helpful but helped write a better Father’s Day care than I ever could lol. Also, I called towards the end of the business day and my dad still received his order the very next morning!

Edited: I have to change my review from 1 star to 5. Olivia the manager called me yesterday and apologized for what happened to my order and offered to send me the arrangement that I have ordered at no cost. Today we received the arrangements and it is beautiful. So beautiful it made my daughter cry as she was very touched it was for her 21st birthday. Thank you Olivia and thank you Edible arrangements. I deeply appreciate your gesture and rest assured I will confine to patronize your business. >> I have ordered several times in the past from different edible arrangements including this one and I always encounter a problem. I ordered again I made sure I ordered at least 3 days before the delivery in anticipation of any problems. I put in a request for a 11AM delivery. On the day itself I tried to call at 8am, 8:30AM, 9AM AM and 10AM and left messages. But nobody answered any of my calls. I sent somebody to pick it up instead and was told that they do not deliver in the morning in our area and if she could wait 20 minutes she can pick it up then. They should have called me prior to the event day about this and we could have arranged a pick up instead. Or maybe if they answer the calls then we could still have arranged the pick up earlier. I have no choice but to cancel the order. And this time I have really learned my lesson I am never ordering from Edible Arrangements.

I will NEVER order from here again. I urge people not to either. Please read the reviews before you order so you dont end up in the same boat. I ordered chocolate strawberries and flowers in a bundle to be delivered to someone very special who is in the medical/first responder field. I was charged $116.00 for my order. I ordered a day in advance. First, I recieved an email saying it was delivered. The recipient was not at the facility at the time (something I made clear that was a possibility while placing my order) so I had no idea who it was delivered to. I called to verify and no answer. I left a call back message. 1 hour later, the recipient sent me a message thanking me for the strawberries, no mention of flowers. Secondly, they only delivered the chocolates and not the flowers which was the most important part of the order! I then called again, and I have not gotten an answer or even a call back! I had to call corporate and even they could not get in touch with this place! What is going on? Reading other reviews after the fact shows that this is a common problem. How can you be a gift store and not deliver half of the gift that was ordered? You could at least answer the phone for paying customers.

Never again! Fruit is very old before dipped. I ordered once to try them out for an event. Didn’t get what I paid for with chocolate covered strawberries and the cashier told me since they forgot I would have to come back next day for a remake? The manager called me the next day and asking would I like a remake and she guess she could squeeze me in for same day pick up bc the truck came and they were leaving at 2:30 for one of the employees to leave and go pick someone. I still wasn’t satisfied with the remake bc the fruit was old again. They never answer phones and customer service is bad. This location needs attention from corporate

This location did not deliver my order for Valentine's Day (2/14/2023) and I did not receive any notifications (calls, etc.) today to at least inform me as a customer if they were running behind or backed up today. I will no longer do business with any Edible Arrangements in the U.S. I will contact the corporate office to relay my displeasure and file an official complaint against this location.

Terrible. Placed my ordered and paid. When I got home two hours later I was told they couldn’t do it. Lack of leadership at this branch. No one here answers the phone.

Let's start with, the owner here, Ms. Olivia, truly cares about what she does. There was an issue with our order in which the details don't matter but what matters is how Ms. Olivia reached out. She contacted me directly, we spoke about the order and she was nothing short of awesome. Things happen and instead of writing about the issue we had, I want to write about a woman that truly seems to care about not just her business but her customers. If we can just stop complaining, myself included, and give hard working people like Ms. Olivia a chance to make things right, then we all should do our part. I live 5 hours south of this location but I will surely use them again when we want to send our friend a sweet treat on her bday. Thanks again Ms. Olivia and I look forward to using your store again in the future! I highly recommend using this E.A. in Southaven if you have someone special you want to send a treat to!

I ordered from this store last year. (September 2021) Had a horrible experience with delivery 3 days late. Spoke with the manager and she EVENTUALLY apologized and told me that next order I made would receive 1/2 dozen chocolate strawberries with my next order. Fast forward to January 28, 2022. Tried calling “store” numerous times but was connected to “corporate office “ each time. (In India?) told them my predicament only to be told they would send a message to them. I placed the order on line with notes about the last order problem and what the manager had promised. The next day I found out my family would be running some errands so may not be home. I called THE STORE number only to sent to the “corporate office” again. Asked if they would please leave it at the door since they had winter conditions (January 29) “corporate office” said no problem since they weren’t open yet. Later that afternoon received a call from nephew who was in on the surprise saying the store left a note saying that no one was home and they would attempt to deliver next business day. Next day no sign of it. Called corporate who said they were open but not delivering on Sunday. What?! Called my sister in law, her birthday the DAY BEFORE. Told her if she was out to go by there. She did. Picked it up. You guessed NO EXTRA strawberries. Oh and BTW I still paid for delivery! I gave them time to reach out since placing my order January 28th. Nothing. What a disappointment! Such a shame would love to use this service again, my 91 year old mother in law loves the chocolate strawberries. However I will NEVER order from that store again. And I am taking the time to leave this review so you will know what kind of service to expect. HorribleJust to be clear I was friendly and understanding the both time, even after the missed date I was told it would be delivered and AGAIN paid for that service. Save your money This store doesn’t deserve your money. Receipts from both orders available on request.

Terrible ! Never again, sent to a dialysis center two blocks away for a $119 .00 basket and not the taxes. It’s on video from the dialysis center and they call you a liar. No one signed for it and they just hang up on you when they mute you or talk loud because they are on a speaker phone. I ordered from them last year and a few other times when they started in business and now it’s their way when they get busy. You can’t depend on them for nothing. On star is too much really. Good Luck ! I was in a 5 star business for 40 years and they will find out what competition is about.

I ordered the Simply Edible Bouquet -Edible Donut-Petite for my friend. She loved it. It was a nice size. I also added the edible letters for her name and a plush animal. Everything was so nice and ready at the right time.
