“dr. Berry is a good FNP who cares about her patients and works hard to take care of them. Highly recommend her. The clinic, though, has problems. We shouldn't have to wait 4hrs to be seen or call frantically for days to get a prescription filled, its dirty and instruments don't work, etc.”

“I am so disappointed with Family Medical Center , every one is usually so Professional Ann kind, But! On 06/05/2024, at 7:30 Am I called the office and the Receptionist Sam answered, I explained to her that my Blood Pressure has been high for a few days and I Wanted to come in to get lt checked, she replied that she would send a message back to Dr, Robert Skinner Staff, which is my primary care physician and they would get back with me. I did not hear anything back from them that day, So I called them the next morning and spoke with the Receptionist again Sam, she said Leslie tried to call me back, but my answering service picked up, no one left any messages, I did not see where they had called me, so we checked the number they had on file every sence I’ve been a patient there for 5 or more years, she said the number was not correct so I gave her the correct number and sent a message back to Leslie again, it’s been 3 days gone by, I haven’t heard anything back from them ☹️”
