Consider this your WARNING!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO FIRESTONE EVER!! I went in to get an oil change September 27, 2023, at Firestone on Stateline Rd. in Southaven, MS. First disappointment is they ripped me off charging me almost $80 for an oil change on a 2001 Camry. I waited until the end of the transaction to tell him I had a coupon only to be lied to and he told me he already added the coupon. I asked him how can you add a coupon before you even knew I had a coupon? That really made me upset. I went ahead and paid. They are Scamming and RIPPING people off. I only drove my car 3 times after the oil change. On October 4th, I came home in the car and left back out hours later to pick my son up only to notice a huge spot in my driveway. I dabbed it with a napkin to see if I could tell what it was. I automatically thought to check my oil. I checked my oil three times, and there was no oil on the dip stick at all when I pulled it back out. I immediately called corporate. They gave me the run around for three months and would not repair my car. On November 3, they sent an inspector out from nationwide insurance (supposedly) and he took pictures and told me that he sees these cases all the time. He stated Firestone had over tightened the bolt on the oil pan and broke it and that caused all of the oil to run out of my car. He told me they should contact me in about 3 days. Well, I never heard from anyone. Finally, December 31st I called corporate again to try to get this resolved because I did not want to try to go to court over this, I just wanted them to fix my vehicle. The young lady said they had closed my case. I told her no one ever contacted me, and I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was so nice, respectful, and helpful. I got a call from the Firestone on Union on January 2nd that they would be sending a tow truck for my vehicle. (Review for Firestone on Madison coming shortly). Needless to say, Finally, on January 3, 2024 I picked my vehicle up and NOW I have a whole other problem with my car :-(BEWARE: If you love your car, and cars are so expensive to maintain now, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO FIRESTONE! STOP GOING TO FIRESTONE! They do not care about people or their families, and they do not care about people's cars!

I've had my car serviced here for years. On my recent visit in Sept. I had my breaks rotors and systems flushed. When I received my car back it had several lights on the dash including the emergency break light and also a long scratch by my drivers side door. I immediately went back in to address my concerns. The service guy came out to take a look and said that the scratch was already there and that the lights should go off after the system resets itself. I had no proof for the scratch. Later that day the lights were still on so I contacted them and was asked to bring it in the next day. I arrived the next day to speak with the manager and he took my car back to shade tree tech Rob and he stated that he completed all the work and nothing is wrong with my car all those lights was on when I brought my car in, that maybe something else is going on with it. Me and the manager went back and forward about what was and wasn't wrong with my car and could see that I was getting nowhere with him so I said if I took my car somewhere else and they determined that the lights were on due to the work that was performed at this shop and I had to pay some else out of pocket to fix the repairs I expected to be reimbursed by them. He said that in fact could be done. I went to the Firestone Mendenhall location told them my issue and low and behold they fixed everything. The brake fluid was low and when he (the tech Rob) replaced the rotors he knocked my emergency break out of placement.Update: After I posted my review, I was asked to leave my contact information so that they can help me resolve the issue. I sent an email with my contact information and invoice of service. To date 11/14/23, no one has contacted me to apologize or reach out to me to rectify my situation.

They charged me $11 to tell me the diagnosis I knew about my car already. I had the part replacements for it but they wouldn't change them cuz they didn't accept parts from the customer. If you want to save money and get it done quicker just go to a local car mechanic

No appointment is available, but I was told to come in anyway. I arrived and was greeted by the customer service representative. Ask me if I would like a free courtesy inspection also. 30 minutes later, I was finished with a front-end alignment and no additional recommendations. That's great service and top-notch performance . I recommend Firestone for all your services needs.

I had an 8AM appointment, and my vehicle didn't move from where I parked until 2 hours later. What's the point in having an appointment. When I left after the service was completed, my car made a rattling sound as thou something was loose. After taking it back to firestone, I had to pay for them to do an inspection to find out what was going on with my vehicle. Why, I don't know, because it didn't make that noise before I brought it there. Come to find out that when they lifted up my vehicle, the struts got stuck when they let it down. The good news is that I didn't have to wait more than an hour for them to work on my vehicle. They shouldn't have changed me to find out what was making that noise, but I went on and paid them.

I experienced a blow out on highway 55 in Memphis. My daughter and I had to call around to about 20 tire repair companies trying to find tire that fits my car. Firestone in Mississippi was the only open tire shop that had my tire. I live in Missouri and was heading to Louisiana. I explained to the manager that I was on a time schedule and could he please help me. There was a two wait but he asked if my tire was off my. I said yes because AAA had come and put my spare tire on. So the manager took my flat tire and put a new tire on and got us back on the road. I can never thank him enough. Thanks ? again.

I took my vehicle in because the heater wasn't blowing warm/hot air. Was told the radiator was leaking (although nothing was on my driveway) and needed a new thermostat, the water pump needed replacing as well as the radiator. $2k later...I pick up the vehicle and while driving home, it runs hot. I call back and am told not to drive it back to the store but that they will have it towed back to the shop. A week later, they do not know what's wrong and need to send the car to the getwell & goodman location as there is a master mechanic there. A few days later, the vehicle is ready. I drive it home, and hmmm, the heat is still not heating, but the vehicle isn't running hot. So I call the Stateline location and tell them. They tell me to take it back to the Goodman location who tell me that they addressed what they were told, the engine running hot, and I needed to take it back to Stateline. Long story short...it's been a month, they've leased me a rental and have towed the vehicle to Southaven Auto Care. This started a month ago...I get a call this week that my vehicle is ready, however....now the catalytic converter has been stolen...I cannot make this up. All I can say is Firestone could be good at tires and oil changes but anything else, they are incompetent. I hope I get my vehicle next week.
